Villa Serena Vista is a spacious (750 square foot) breezy one-bedroom villa with sweeping vistas of Zihuantanejo Bay that offer privacy and serenity within minutes of Centro and principal beach. Amenities include a private jetted dipping pool, small garden area, and three view terraces offering lots of outdoor space.

The large master bedroom with king bed is separated from the living room by a quick garden path for utmost privacy. Other amenities include two full bathrooms, large living room with sofa bed, full parotta wood kitchen with granite countertops, and two dining areas (one indoor and one outdoor). The villa is perfect for two or three guests.

Enjoy spectacular sunrises as you sip your morning coffee from one of the terraces, lay in a hammock after a dip in the pool , enjoying the view and breeze in the afternoon shade. Walk to the beach and Centro via stairs (100) or take a quick 5 minute combi van just outside the front door.

The neighborhood boasts good restaurants within walking distance, a quaint bar where the locals and tourists gather for a drink and live music, a convenience store, and lots of charm. Watch the back and forth of the pangas (fishermen's boats) as they come in from their morning catch, walk down to the cafe at the pier for a coffee and experience the hustle and bustle of the fishermen selling their catch of the day. Buy fresh Mahi Mahi for your evening dinner, or take a stroll down to the next beach (Playa Madera) or the local food market (Mercado) in Centro. Experience the charm and sounds of Zihuantanejo and then retreat to your villa for rest and rejuvenation. Best of both worlds in magical Zihuantanejo.

We are a couple from Canada . We purchased the land in 2020 as we fell in love with the views and location (very central). We started the build of the one bedroom villa and the two bedroom house in 2021 with completion in early 2023. Its a stunning property with incredible views. We love living in the property, and we love hosting our guests/renters at both the villa and the main house. We always aim for clear communication and hope our guests/renters have a relaxing and comfortable vacation in beautiful Zihuantanejo.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love our location, stairs (100) down to principal beach, often we will go for a coffee at the principal beach and watch the fishermen sell their daily catch to tourists and locals alike. We buy fresh Mahi Mahi from the fishermen directly for our evening dinner -We love the neighbor hood, there is a fairly unknown rocky beach within 10mins of flat walk that we get to frequent every day.
Bird sounds and the greenery in the neighbor hood is one of my favorites thing.
We get sweeping views of all the beaches in Zihuantanejo bay.
We love watching the pangas (fishing boats) from our property.

Sweeping views of Zihuantanejo bay and all of its beaches , beautiful house and villa with lush large gardens enclosed within 8 feet walls -private, amazing sunrises from the house and villa, shade and breeze in the afternoon from the sun and heat, centrally located, within minutes to all that Zihuantanejo has to offer.
