Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our location was great the amenities are so nice and convenient. Our condo was nice and clean had what we needed. The bathroom door had issues the whole time we were there and just want someone to know the maintenance of it isn’t fixing it it doesn’t stay closed unless you really slam it. The balcony was disappointing because although we can see the beach at a distance all you hear is the air conditioners that run the entire place so it is very loud and not relaxing to sit out as I know this can’t be helped I think others should know it’s not a balcony to sit and relax. Over all we were happy with the place and the area was so nice friendly staff and the shuttle was nice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Greatest location and ultra close proximity to Miramar Beach.Our condo was a studio, and it served its purpose for our trip. Sure, it would’ve been nice if the unit had a clothes washer and dryer and dishwasher, but we still enjoyed it. The association of the condo complex needs to get 21st century clothes washers and dryers (with credit card readers) at the parking level for all guests who stay in condos like ours without them.The Luau Condos have an exceptionally beautiful pool that rivals many hotels. And there’s also a concession area for cocktails on the patio at the pool! What a bonus. The my vacation Haven management team was so kind to us and so attentive and responsive. We would definitely book a condo at the Luau condo complexes again!Finally, it was a good value for the five evenings we stayed, and we ended up adding a sixth evening because we enjoyed it so much.

We were expecting it to be a studio with kitchen.Instructions for parking lot code were not clear. Got confused on arrival.

Nice get-away

The condo is in a perfect location, beautiful view, a great pool, and not a long walk to the beach. My only complaint is there's no information about the resort itself where you are staying. It would have been nice to have a map of the resort in the room. There's one on the 1st floor bulletin board but we didn't find it until the last day. There's no information regarding the shuttle or bus passes left in the room for you to use. We had no idea why we needed them, where the pick-up location was, or the difference between the 2 passes. Information on the back of the door or laying on the table would have been very helpful. When I called the property manager with these questions, the guy who answered didn't know anything about the resort and could not answer my questions. I was not impressed with the management.

Very comfortable stay

Enjoyed the room, and stay, very comfortable bed, and couch, would definitely stay here again. Complaints would be, not any luggage carts available, little frig really serves no purpose, needs a normal size. Shower did have mold in the grout, and on shower curtain.

Perfectly remodeled with a Beautiful view

This was the perfect stay for a girls getaway beach trip. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived as you could immediately tell the room had been updated and had new features when compared to the photos online that have not been updated. Very nice and modern. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful and enjoyed watching sunrise every morning with coffee. We loved that they even supplied 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to use which helped with having to pack less to bring. They also supplied a broom and vacuum which tremendously helped with cleaning up sand when returning from the beach. Everything was clean and king size bed was comfy and plenty of room. Bed and bathroom linens were plenty and of good quality.We had no issues during our stay. I will definitely be staying here again when I get the chance to return.

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay on the 16th floor, room 7605. There where some wall marks and damages but other than that it was well taken care of and a beautiful room. The king size bed was very comfortable for a 8 day stay. We will be returning next year for our honeymoon!

Our room definitely did not make a good first impression. Upon arrival the pull out sofa was left open with a mattress that had yellow stains all over it, there was mold in the bathroom, and spiderwebs on the lamps. We made due because we didn’t really have any other option. However, The area the property is located in is very nice and the beach was great! The pool was close by the entrance and had a tiki hut where you could order drinks. The Beach House restaurant located on site had the best fried shrimp! Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have preferred to stay somewhere cleaner for the price we paid.

We had a great time our condo was clean and just right for us close walk to the beach restaurants and had a great pool the shuttles were also nice to have available
