The ongoing construction across the apartment may cause noise disruptions, especially in the mornings, and may occasionally block one lane of traffic. Fortunately, guests can mitigate any inconvenience by closing the doors and enjoying the comfort of air conditioning during these times.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd level and is only accessible via stairs. There is no lift access.
