Lots of great things about this rental, a few that could be improved. We stayed two weeks with 3 adults, 2 kids, with another 2 adults renting a 2 bedroom unit in the same building, and run by the same managers. We visited for a combination of work and vacation. This is a great unit for families, especially those with kids who love to swim! We cooked / ate in a fair amount, and the kitchen was ok. We had no coffeemaker during our stay, so ended up borrowing a small French press from the other unit, which also had a pod machine. Our kitchen was also not as well equipped with utensils, drink ware, etc as the other unit. The living areas are comfortable and generous, and the patios are awesome. The upholstery needed cleaning, however. Wi-Fi was good but limited in capacity (# of devices?) which was tough for a unit with up to 7 people hanging out. The location is great for access to the bus line and the Esplanade, but it's a mixed neighbourhood and a good idea to keep doors locked on the patio, especially as this unit is on the ground floor. Very convenient to the airport, but does have some airplane noise starting about 7 am, but we weren't disturbed by it at all inside. We did have some questions/ issues with the AC and the dryer and the managers were very quick to respond and quick to resolve issues as well. Overall we felt it was a very good fit for our needs and good value, and we appreciated the detailed and quick support, and we enjoyed our stay!
