Underbar balkongsvit med fantastisk utsikt, utmärkt läge.

Min plats ligger nära Waikiki Beach och har utsikt över Kapiolani-parken med fantastisk utsikt över Diamond Head. Det finns lokal konst varje söndag på Zoo's Art Wall, Hulas bar och Lei-standen ligger i byggnaden.
Vi är nära alla fantastiska shopping, östransporter, surfing, god mat och nattklubbar.
Du kommer att älska min plats på grund av folket, den lokala atmosfären, grannskapet och framför allt platsen!

Det finns en HD-TV, trådlöst höghastighetsinternet och kabel. Enheten har ett kök och det finns en pool och däck på bottenvåningen.
Kolla in bilderna från taket! Detta är ett utmärkt ställe att koppla av och titta på solnedgången och ändra färgerna på Diamond Head när det försvinner under horisonten.

Vår gästvärd Rob bor i byggnaden så är vanligtvis aldrig mer än några minuter bort om du har frågor eller behöver hjälp.

Det finns en stor hamburgare i nedre våningen också, tillsammans med en nagelsalong om du vill skämma bort dig med en Mani / Pedi efter att ha vandrat på Diamond Head-krateret (eller lata dig på Waikiki Beachs gyllene sandstrand).

Matlagningsutrustning tillhandahålls för "två topp" -ugnen och naturligtvis finns det en brödrost, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp och kaffe.

The location was perfect and the room was as advertised. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The view was great, capturing both Diamond Head and the ocean. Yes, as others have noted in other reviews there was some noise from the road, but that is to be expected in Waikiki at night. The elevators were about the fastest I have ever used and that was big plus. We would happily choose to stay here again on a return trip.

The place is overall pretty good, it’s small and pretty outdated, but has everything you really need. Mark is good and responds fast when you need to communicate with him. The location is great and very close to the beach. The one downside is that it’s very loud outside (especially on week-ends) so bring some earplugs.

Beautiful apartment!!!

I really enjoyed staying here. The location, amenities, and views are amazing. The best thing about this apartment is its patio with a breathtaking view. I had beautiful breakfasts and dinners on the patio and couldn’t take my eyes off the ocean.The apartment has everything you need, including some basic cooking facilities, plenty of towels and some beach stuff as well. The bathroom is spacious.The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. But apart from that, I can definitely recommend this place and would stay here again without a doubt. Having a parking spot was also very convenient, as it’s almost impossible to park outside the hotel.

Love the location view of the park and Diamond head instead of high rises. The deck on the top floor was a great place to watch the sunset and have a few drinks before dinner. Drinks at the restaurants are really pricey so grab some from the ABC store and enjoy on the deck before going out to eat. Or do takeout and eat on the deck. New Target store right in town is the most economical way to get breakfast and lunch groceries

We loved the view of Diamond head and the beach from the balcony! The location was also perfect and so walkable to all of Waikiki, so for the price we paid, we'd absolutely recommend to anyone and stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the communication with our host. The views from our balcony were amazing and the room was comfortable. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. A short walk to the beach and shopping. Only negative was at times the outside noise was loud. The view makes it worth it and I would recommend this room and location!

Prime location if you want to explore Waikīkī by foot

Overall this place was nice, it’s exactly as described on the website and easy to get to. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The balcony view is stunning and there are beach chairs, pool noodles, and 2 beach towels available there too. It can get quite loud in the evenings with people on the street blasting music from their cars or speakers. It was so loud that I felt the vibration of the sound from the 8th floor. While that’s totally out of the control of the property owner, it did affect how well I slept so do keep that in mind if you’ve got little ones or if you’re sensitive to sound. The toilet is low flow which may be common for the area but I did experience some trouble flushing from time to time. This usually resolves itself if you try flushing again after a few minutes. There is also a plunger available but I didn’t have much luck with that. The tap water tasted fine, but if you want colder water I didn’t have any trouble getting water from the Teddy’s bigger burgers on the 1st floor. Overall, it’s a good place for a good price and I had a wonderful time.

Everything as described. Great location, a lot of restaurants and the beach a quick stroll away. The road could be a bit noisy with all the activity in the area though it didn't bother us.

Waikiki Grand VRBO

Reserved an excellent efficiency studio on the eighth floor of the Waikiki Grand Condo-Hotel with lots of light, a double bed, kitchenette, and lanai with a gorgeous view of Diamond Head and beach/ocean view. Easy check-in and check-out, and easy access to Waikiki restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Also reserved a dedicated parking stall in the securely-gated basement parking lot. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Great Location

I booked this property due to location and the particular unit for the view and was not disappointed. As stated in previous reviews, the building is old and needs a "make-over" and the unit needs a new bed, REALLY !

Great little room and SO close to the beach!

This was my first solo trip and first time to Oahu. I knew I wanted a balcony and view of the ocean, plus a kitchenette and this room was perfect. I loved being in the east end of Wakiki beach and within walking distance of anything I might need. The only downside is there is a fair bit of road noise, so pack some earplugs! The sun deck was also sooooo lovely! The owner was always super responsive and helpful! I would recommend this room for a single person or couple!

Great location

Location of this property is perfect and views from the lanai are unbeatable! Unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Bed was excellent and there was a good selection of comfortable chairs inside and out. The window louvres did nothing to keep out the very loud bar, partying and street noise. Suggest that a solid window pane would be a great replacement/ renovation. We enjoyed our holiday on this beautiful island very much and this is the perfect place to stay!

Great view!

This room was a great home base for our week in Hawaii. The view from both your private balcony and the rooftop deck are 10/10. The beach is literally a 3 min walk from this room. The bed is good enough, but nothing spectacular. The TV is a Roku tv and the coffee pot works great. The host was very responsive, and the front desk workers were always happy to help. The only bad thing is how loud this room is. You are over a bar and right on a very busy street. Do not expect any quietness and maybe even bring ear plugs. Even with the loudness, I would book again! Thank you all for a great stay!
