Perfect Location

The location was perfect! Close to all local transportation, good restaurants and the view is amazing from the lanai. Great for watching Friday night fireworks from the lanai. This studio condo is good for 1 or 2 visitors. Building is very secure and front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The condo is well supplied with basic needs for a long stay. Roger was very helpful with my one small issue.

usually quiet. very early people walking by the partially open shuttered windows talked loudly. unexpected very loud drilling for water pipe work from 8:30 to 9:00. After 9 was expected but this was a one time thing. The owner and property manager were not informed and it was not suppose to happen before 9. other than this we enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway

We had wonderful getaway at Waikiki. The location was perfect, we could walk to everything and the morning beach walks were wonderful. Randy’s studio apartment was very accommodating and cozy, and we would recommend to anyone interested.

Great Location

The property at Waikiki Shores is perfectly located on the beach, next to Ft DeRussey Park, close to most everything you will need. Recommend for a low key lifestyle stay in Waikiki.

The property was located right on Waikiki Beach. Close to dining,shopping and bus line. Walking distance to everything. Couldn't ask for a better deal! Loved it!!!

Anniversary trip

This was a nice studio condo with partial ocean view. Loved walking out the door and being right on the beach. This condo is central to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again, thank you Randy!

100% recommend. The owner is awesome and the property is close to everything. The bed was AMAZING! In fact we are getting a new mattress due to how much we liked that one. If you lucky enough to see this place available rent it.

Perfect location and accommodations

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending two weeks here for our 25th anniversary. This location was perfectly situated on Waikiki beach and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. We had everything we needed, full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, lanai that has views of both the beach and the park. Randy had beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear available in the room as well as some basic toiletries. Parking is not included, but there is easy parking directly across the street for a reasonable fee. Randy was responsive from booking through check-out, within minutes. All instructions for check-in, check-out, accessing things inside the room, etc. were easy to find and follow. Highly recommend this location and we're looking forward to returning.

Great spot - hidden gem

This property is right on the ocean and we knew we would have a view. We didn't know we would be at the tree height level, and next to the shorter building of the Army Museum. So, we had the advantage of being a little above the action (walkers, joggers, etc) and at the height of the bird activity in the trees. It was a welcome advantage, very peaceful to sit on the lanai and watch the world turn. Although construction was in full force at our arrival and during our stay, it wasn't a barn burner by any means. The beach had chair and umbrella rentals right outside for reasonable cost. Turtles swim on both sides of the great jetty that extends out from the property and there's a few food services right on the property. The Steak Shack was a smashing surprise - we went twice and could have more. We had a small issue with the TV, which we could have resolved if we took the time to read all the directions on display, but even so, after I reached out to the owner through VRBO, he quickly responded to resolve the issue. We rented a car, and were fortunate enough to get one of the few rental parking spots, which made it perfect to launch from each day to explore different parts of the island. It was and will remain a lifetime highlight that won't be forgotten. Would recommend to anyone.

Close to the beach

Overall the property was great. Close to the beach and things to do. One major complaint was parking. Parking was supposed to be available at the building. However when we were there the building was seal coating the parking lot, and no parking was available. Needed to pay the neighboring hotel to park, just so I could check into the condo. Parking across the street was listed as $79 per day. Talked with a great man in the building parking garage, and he was able to point me in the direction of parking for $24 a day. He stated that normally parking for guests at this location would be $45 per day. I feel this cost should have been disclosed at the time of booking.

Terrific location and well equipped studio right on the beach. A bit disappointed that we felt the need to leave a few days early due to the corona virus. Any chance of a partial refund of rent and fees?

Beautiful Location

I would recommend this studio rental. Check in was easy, space was clean and had everything one could need from beach towels and chairs to spare hats. Tea, coffee, salt and pepper. The only two things that we need to say are: 1. Needs a kettle 2. Bed needs to be bigger and a new mattress and pillows. Comfortable yes, but small and a bit lumpy. My husband is over 6 feet and the bed was just to small. We had the opportunity to see a penthouse suite as friends were staying up there, their studio was exactly the same configuration and size and they had a king bed. But overall a great space.
