Newly furnished, with all the comforts of home. Park the car (private and secured off street car park comes with your booking), drop in your gear and relax. Everything you need is then a simple stroll away. You could jump in the heated pool, or head down to the waterfront precinct (150m away), wander up to the mall shopping precinct (400m away), or even across to the scenic area of Salamanca (900m away).
The location is central, and the choices feel endless!

Girl’s getaway

Dan and Jan’s apartment was fantastic. Looked exactly like it did in photos. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, kitchen/living room were ideal with everything we needed. The location was perfect … quick walk down to the waterfront and Salamanca with lots of pubs and cafes. If you’re thinking about a Hobart holiday this accommodation ticks all the boxes.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in this great apartment which couldn’t have a better location. We appreciated the free parking and the proximity to so much of what Hobart offers. The apartment is clean, comfortable and modern, well equipped and spacious so it was perfect for our group of five adults. It would also be good for even a couple as the area is split between levels so you can live in a smaller zone of the apartment or for a larger group everyone can have their own space to spread out as required.Daniel is a wonderful host, easy to reach and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning to Hobart. It was really a home away from home! Thank you so much Dan and Jan!

Located in Devonport on the states North West coast. Parents of two young girls who love adventuring across our fabulous state of Tasmania. Our Hobart apartment is where we spend most of our time, but when we travel we love to let others enjoy our inner city space as much as we do.

Hobart is so picturesque, and offers so many attractions to please all types. We love being in central Hobart, with everything you could need being a short stroll away.

Our apartment is central, quiet and cosy. We did not skimp on the comforts with all furnishings (including beds and lounge!) being purchased new. Nothing beats a bed that feels like home, and a lounge that forces upon you relaxation!!
