Situated within the picturesque Opossum Bay, with views of the Derwent River this gorgeous house has much to offer those who appreciate quality, contemporary style and crave an idyllic break from the rat race only 45 minutes to Hobart CBD. Spacious master bedroom with private deck . Two further spacious bedrooms - one with private courtyard and the other with access to spectacular views and deck.

The house is located on a large allotment with private right-of-way access to the Crown Reserve and beach. Spacious outdoor entertaining areas with BBQ and outdoor lounge. Landscaped grounds featuring established coastal and native scrubs.
A chef`s kitchen featuring quality appliances, gas cooking, stainless steel bench tops with integrated double sink and an abundance of bench space.
Open plan living with dining table and comfy sofa`s, multiple sliding door access points to the large decking area. Large smart tv and Wi-Fi.
Gorgeous main bathroom with Tub and shower and a second with shower both with toilets and stylish fixtures and fittings.
Spacious master bedroom with Queen Bed with private deck. Two further spacious bedrooms - one with a Queen Bed private courtyard and the other with a Double bed with pull out single trundle bed and another single bed, all mattresses are top quality Innerspring.
Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning plus gas feature open fireplace in living space, as well as commercial grade double glazed windows and doors .

Views of the ever-changing mountain and water vista, depending on when you stay, Sydney to Hobart Race, cruise ship and summer yachting calendar as well as spectacular sunsets will become part of your yearly enjoyment.
With a vibrant local community and nearby Opossum Bay Store, South Arm RSL, Golf Course and local South Arm businesses including a Pharmacy, there is much to support those who crave a relaxing lifestyle but also have access to important services when they need. Lauderdale is a mere 15min drive away and offers many casual/formal eating options, a local hotel, and 2 local gourmet grocers.
Even though there is a Metro (Bus) service it has limited pick up and drop off times .It is recommended to have your own transport.
