The Sunsetter with its relaxed atmosphere is perfect for vacationers, who want to get away from everyday stress and who want to enjoy the untouched nature of Florida. This home with split floorplan is child friendly with a baby crib and games. Villa âThe Sunsetterâ is located in a great neighborhood in South Gulf Cove on a water way with a boat dock being a perfect spot for fishing and boating access to the Gulf of Mexico.
This spacious home has been updated with a new Farmhouse Style dining set for 6, TV console and bookshelf in 2024. Living space is separated into a family room and a living room with TV, both with comfy sofa and loveseat arrangements. Large kitchen with bar and 3 stools is just steps away from the formal dining. Glass sliders from living and dining are leading out to the tiled lanai with outdoor dining and colorful lounge seating overlooking the sea walled backyard with boat dock. Two steps down you will find a nice-sized pool with bench embedded in a concrete pool deck with sun loungers nestled along the waterway.

Three guest bedrooms are away from the master bedroom, which is ideal for privacy. Two of the guest bedrooms come with a Queen set, the other one with 2 Twins and a baby crib. They share a bathroom with tub/shower combination. It also serves as a pool bath.
