Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "La Vida Lobos"! This home sleeps up to 4 guests.

Location:
Perfect Carmel-by-the-Sea location is walkable to downtown Carmel and all of its fine dining options, boutique shops, galleries and more. Just a short drive to Monterey, Fisherman's Wharf, nearby Pacific Grove or golfing in Pebble Beach®. Easy access to Highway One will take you north to Capitola, Santa Cruz and the San Francisco Bay area. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to beaches, trails, Point Lobos State Reserve and the natural wonders of Big Sur beyond.

Living Space:
Enter the white picket fence where two Adirondack lounge chairs welcome you to your vacation home.
Inside, vaulted ceilings and wide-plank flooring in the living room contribute to an open, airy feeling and the plush rug anchors the seating arrangement with clean-lined sofas and slipper chairs situated near the TV with Comcast cable service and gas fireplace. Bold art and mid-century modern accents adorn the space. A wall of windows looks out at the fenced back yard. The rear patio has seating around a fire pit table. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining:
This fully-equipped kitchen is ready for the chefs in the family to create meals together. The efficient kitchen has a charming vintage vibe with open shelving and original cabinets and hardware, but well-chosen updates include tiled backsplash and counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and wall oven. But when you want to venture out, there are many restaurants located nearby.
The dining area sports a mid-century style light fixture, tulip table and eclectic seating - a perfect place to enjoy meals and games.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom #1 has a California king bed with plush bedding.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with quality linens and an en-suite powder room (also directly accessible from the laundry room).
The full hall bathroom has a shower.

Parking under the attached carport for one vehicle and a second vehicle in the driveway tandem style.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.

Wonderful Home in Walkable Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanctuary made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable. The home was setup very nicely with most supplies for a 1 month stay. We did have to pick up coffee mugs and dish rags, but everything else was there and good quality. The living room and backyard were my favorite. This location is very walkable needing 15 minutes to get to the village. The hills are not too terrible, and it was very nice to have a parking spot with this home.
