As you walk into the house you will notice the coastal vibe. The living room is cozy with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV to enjoy all your favorite shows. There's a spacious dining room with a decorative fireplace and large dining room table. Right off the dining room is the galley kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. A bedroom with a twin trundle bed is located off the living room, this room can sleep 2 comfortably. An en-suite bathroom with a large shower is off the bedroom and also can be accessed from the kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and dresser. There's a bathroom with a tub/shower in between the 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom has a king size bed and dresser.
Off the kitchen there's a cute sun room with a picnic table, what a great place to enjoy breakfast while planning your day! The fenced in backyard is large with a deck with patio set, gas grill and an enclosed outside shower. The location of this home is awesome, the famous Craigville Beach is less than 3 miles, Covells Beach is 1.3 miles and Keyes Beach is 1.7 miles, all these beaches plus many more are free with your landlord beach pass! Downtown Hyannis is under 2 miles away, there you will find restaurants, shopping, live entertainment, ice cream shops, museums and more!
Head to Hyannis Harbor, catch a ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. If you love baseball, enjoy a game at Mckeon Field watching the Cape League.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
