Shopping i nÀrheten i Holetown och ett brett utbud av restauranger ligger en kort bilresa bort. GÀsterna har gratis tillgÄng till strandklubbar i det nyrenoverade Beach House dÀr det finns en stor pool, direkt tillgÄng till stranden och en bar / restaurang. Nummer 14 upprÀtthÄlls till en hög standard och Àr elegant inredda i en bekvÀm modern stil. NedervÄningen finns takflÀktar i alla rum och luftkonditionerade sovrum. My wife and I just returned from another fabulous stay at 14 The Falls. Home is very well appointed with nice space to relax.Outdoor back patio is an oasis and great spot for sundowners or to see the monkeys early in the morning. Can highly recommend!!

Understated, exceptional, classy

The photos we saw prior to booking were very good but they do not do the property justice. It exudes quality when you enter and does not disappoint throughout. We noticed that the listing suggested it had one bathroom which is incorrect every bedroom has an ensuite and there is also a downstairs toilet. The fittings, pillows, furniture are of a very high standard and I am extremely fussy and a bit particular about what I define as high quality. This is definitely not one to miss. Barbara the housekeeper was super helpful with organising a fishing trip and checkout time was also flexible. Location is exclusive and the communication throughout was faultless. Overall this was a five star accommodation and I rarely say this. If we ever come back to Barbados we would stay here without hesitation.

Fantastic holiday home.

Kerry’s house is a perfect base for any trip to Barbados. The house is spacious and immaculately clean and very well equipped. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms and en-suites. The house is in a gated community and super secure. We loved the house the area the weather the beaches the restaurants. We will definitely be back to Barbados and if we can find dates when this gem is not booked we will be back here. Paradise.

Beautiful Home in a Tranquil Setting

Just returned from 6 weeks at 14 The Falls. What a gorgeous home with every amenity possible. The host was very responsive and has a great local team that answered all our questions and quickly resolves any minor issues. The pool/beach club is a nice bonus and the on-sight pool was fantastic. Its very close and was usually empty. Loved 14 The Falls so much we have already booked for next winter. Great location for your next vacation!

Even more lovely in person

We stayed at Falls in mid October and I have to stay it was such a lovely spot and so amazing it was even more lovely in person than it looks in the pictures. Easy to find and everyone so helpful from the moment we booked. The kitchen is one of the best equipped of any VRBO we have stayed. The house immaculate and such a restful spot. We had the pool to ourselves and also loved the Beach House and meeting others there. Snorkeling, diving and sightseeing filled our days and great restaurants at night. We will definitely be back. Thank you Kerry for sharing your home.

Peaceful relaxing stay

We had a lovely stay in this property which is very close to the complex pool which we had to ourselves most of the time and the option to go to the Beach House was also very good with the choice of the beach and the pool and a place to buy drinks too. The house is in an ideal situation for Holetown and also for exploring the island. Evenings out to the fish fry and St Lawrence are also very easy and not too far. We had everything we needed and the housekeeping and security staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very efficient and fans make sure sleeping wasn't a problem. There are also fans downstairs and our only improvement would be to have some air conditioning downstairs too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the house was just right for us.

Beautiful house in excellent location

The house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated and with everything you could possibly want. It was very easy to walk into Holetown in the evening for dinner and drinks. The beach was also only a ten mins walk away. Would definitely consider returning to this lovely property.

Barbados vacation - Sandy Lane

My wife, Karen and I enjoyed our stay at The Falls at Sandy Lane. The location was great for dining out, and the beach was in easy walking distance. The apartment and property was beautiful - very spacious, well appointed, and quiet - we enjoyed lounging by the pool, which was also very quiet and only steps away from the apartment. The staff was very polite and friendly - engaging in conversation with us during our stay. The owner, Kerry, was very communicative via Email to make sure our stay was a pleasant one, with recommendations on where to dine (The Tides, The Lonestar - two great dinning restaurants) and sites of interest (The Roundhouse and Saint Nicholas Abbey to name a few. If planning a visit and stay in Barbados, I suggest and recommend that you consider The Falls at Sandy Lane as your home away from home. Kerry is a very gracious host and will gladly welcome your stay. And if you need a taxi while your staying in Barbados call Diane - sorry I can’t provide her number for privacy reasons - but Gate Security at The Falls will gladly put you in touch with her. Mention that Denny highly recommended her - Diane is very dependable and great for conversation. And Kerry, thank you for making our vacation a wonderful experience. Best, and Happy New Year

Excellent Winter Break

I recently stayed at this 3 bedroom townhouse on a winter trip to Holetown, and was very pleased with my experience. The home, which is located close to several highly rated restaurants and bars was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for my group to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our host, Kerry, was also fantastic. She was very responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had and making sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay in Holetown and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely property - real home from home with good location

This 3 bedroom town house is on a lovely modern development surrounded by greenery with good facilities onsite such as gym, pool and 24 hour security. It is a 5 minute walk to the main road leading to beaches, shops and restaurants and close to bus stops. The property owner was extremely helpful, flexible and informative throughout, as we had major problems with flights and she could not have been more helpful. We were also able to contact her any time whilst there and received a quick response, although it may have been easier for her if we had a local contact number to WhatsApp. There is a local property manager but we didn't have any contact with her and as the owner was so helpful we didn't feel we needed to.

Enjoy the best Sandy Lane Barbados getaway

This place had everything!! I've stayed at a lot of rental properties, but none have been so well stocked with amenities as Kerry's villa at The Falls. Every time we thought we needed to go get something, we found the owner had already thought of it. The decor was beautiful, the house itself was immaculately clean, and the membership to The Beach Club on Sandy Lane beach was a nice bonus too. We travel to Barbados a couple times a year and now have a new favorite place to stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Upscale beachhouse chic in a perfect location

Kerry's place was fantastic for our week in Barbados. We love the west coast and it was so nice to be steps to wonderful snorkeling beaches (not to mention our fave little coffee shop, Italia, in Sunset Crest). The beach club passes were a bonus. We made good use of the workout room at the Falls and only once saw someone else use it. When we were actually at the house, we spent most of our time outside on the patio with its comfy club chairs and dining table. Kerry has stocked all amenities - including books, games, and beach toys. All in all, we'd go back in a flash. Thanks Kerry for sharing your home!

We are a professional couple who bought the house as a second home for our family, friends and ourselves to enjoy as a holiday home. We love the island as do our daughters and we also have a 4 year old granddaughter who is getting very used to island life!!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Our relationship with Barbados goes back a long way, it was our honeymoon destination (long time ago now,,,) and whilst the island has seen many changes, for us it retains such a relaxing atmosphere that we never get tired of being there. We have tried to create this aura of relaxation in the house and we think of guests as friends in our home. Indeed the majority of our guests are repeat bookings and we have a number who have been staying with us for quite a few years.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is furnished in a style that is personal to us and we hope you like it. We have tried to incorporate pale Caribbean colors with individual pieces like the shell mirrors made by me! The patio at the rear of the property looks over a gully that is quiet and cool. Its our happy place for a coffee in the morning and a G&T (or two) in the evening. Its a great place to see the monkeys swinging in the trees, the hummingbirds on the flowers and at night the fireflies can put in an appearance. Feedback from our guests always features the relaxing atmosphere, the close proximity to all the amenities and the fact that the house is so well maintained.
