Cute Place in Great Location!

The place was super cute and perfect for a family of 4! So close to the beach (2 minute walk) and on a quiet and safe street. Lots that you can walk to!

Great spot!

Tom and Heidi’s place is a great spot in Ocean city! House is clean and has everything we needed for our stay. Very short walk to the beach, and close to Mallons sticky buns :) would stay again.

Amazing communication

Tom had amazing communication and was able to help accommodate us as our first trip as a new family with our newborn! The stay was super close to the beach which was amazing for our new family!

Perfect location on the Jersey shore

This was our first time in OC and we loved the area. Not to crowded, beach was nice and clean, and many services in the area. The property had enough space for our group of 8 and we really enjoyed the place. Just 2 blocks away from the beach! Tom was also a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and he made sure we were alright. Tom

Nice place. Clean.

Property was perfect for us. Close enough to the beach access and everything else we did. We were worried about parking, given there is only one space, but we were able to park out front the entire time. We used both front and rear decks and the grill was a bonus. Well worth the price.

August Stay

We rented this for our son and his family. All good. Only minor negative was a musty smell in the washer. The owner responded quick and had his cleaners rectify it.

This is second year renting same place. It was a wonderful experience again, great location and quiet after Labor Day. Owner Tom is east to communicate with- willing to address any issues.

Ocean City Return

After about 45 years, my wife and I returned to the beach where she spent many years in her youth. We had our daughter and her 3 year old son with us. The week was perfect and the home was everything we wanted it to be. It was a fabulous return for my wife and it was my grandson’s introduction to the beach and the ocean and we had a ball!

Excellent property

This property is 3 blocks from the ocean in a fairly quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The owner was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this vacation spot!

Great stay!

We love Ocean City and having been renting for many years. This property had everything we needed for a wonderful week. It was a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed having a deck in the front & back and made use of both during our stay. The grill & beach tags were a nice extra bonus that are usually not included in rentals. Tom, the owner, made the rental process very easy. We would definitely rent here again!

Great spot

Great location. Quiet South End. One and half blocks to beach. Couple blocks from ice cream, seafood, pizza. Place was clean. Owner friendly. Loved the two decks. Only negative is small bathrooms.

Had a very nice time here

This was a cute and comfortable place. It was a little compact, but it served all of our purposes! The living room had comfortable couches and was open, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the front deck in the morning and evenings and the back deck for lunch and dinner. We enjoyed being just a short 2 block walk to the beach. Overall, we had a very nice time here.

Perfect size and location

We thought the size was perfect with enough room for everyone but small enough to facilitate good conversations. Kitchen was well equipped. On-site laundry was good since we had 2 small children. It was nice having a deck at either end of the unit so you could pick which was best based on time of day. Having a grill was a very nice feature. The beach is very close, a short walk without having to cross any major roads. Communication with the owner was excellent. Everything was clean and working when we arrived.
