Directly opposite the beach with stunning views across the bay, and the canal running just alongside. This beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted home office & secure parking for 2 cars. This ground floor apartment is just one of four in the exclusive Florence complex. Offering expansive open plan living/dining zone, wrap around private decked terrace and an outstanding gourmet kitchen. Positioned perfect to enjoy all the delights Elwood has to offer.
Located inside the Florence Building on the ground floor we have a stunning open plan living apartment overlooking the beautiful Bay. The property boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a home office for work or study. The bedrooms and office can be shut off from the rest of the home for optimum peace and privacy. Ducted heating and cooling, video intercom entry, full laundry, huge wrap-round terrace and two secure parking space for your use.
Walk out the front door and enjoy the blue waters of Elwood foreshore. Within walking distance you have access to public transport, restaurants, cafes and the bay with its beautiful beaches and walking tracks.
Guests can enjoy a spacious master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite with walk in shower, double vanity, separate toilet and Bidet.
Bedroom two has a Queen bed.
Bedroom three has a King single bed along with a Single bed.
Striking main bathroom including bathtub and single vanity.
Dedicated space to work or study remotely
Private wraparound decking to catch some fresh sea air or sunrays.
You will immediately feel totally at peace in the open-plan configuration, with the living/dining zone merging with a fully-equipped kitchen boasting Liebherr fridge/freezer and Ilve oven. Dining area has seating for eight people. The open plan living leads out onto the private outdoor wrap around decking with outdoor seating.
Fireplace is decorative only.
There is free all day parking out front of the apartment.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.
