This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is beautifully designed with an open concept floor plan, soaring ceilings, and walls of glass looking out to the pool. The resort style yard has a sparkling pool and spa with cascading waterfalls, lounge chairs, as well as outdoor living and dining areas. Extremely private location, yet close to the El Paseo shopping district.

The serene backyard has all the amenities you want on vacation. Pool and spa surrounded by lounge chairs, expansive lawn, mountain views, and swaying palm trees. The outdoor living room has a fireplace, TV, and comfortable seating. Al fresco dining for 8 at the table. Propane BBQ. Walled and gated for privacy on a half acre lot.

With its open concept floor plan and glass walls letting in the views, there isn't a bad seat in the house. The gourmet kitchen has high end appliances and cabinetry, gas range and oversized island with seating for 4. Walk in, temperature controlled wine room for storing and displaying your special bottles. The formal dining room has seating for 8 and flows into the formal great room with seating, fireplace and views. The family room has a comfortable sectional, fireplace, TV, Peloton bike, and great views out to the pool.

The Primary Suite has a King bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, dual sinks and a large shower. Suite 2 has a King bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with shower. The bathroom opens up to the pool yard. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, TV and has easy access to the full bathroom in the hall.

Sleeping Summary: 2 Kings, 1 Queen. Sleeps 6.
