Summary:
Moa Studios is a stylish New Yorkâstyle loft set in the heart of the island, offering a modern open-plan space suited to a solo traveller or couple. With exposed brick, sleek black detailing, and warm timber floors, itâs a calm, contemporary retreat only a short stroll from Oneroa Village.
The Space:
This fully self-contained studio is designed around an open layout that brings the kitchen, living area, and bedroom together into one warm, inviting space. The exposed brick wall and black steel framing add texture and character, while the timber floors and soft furnishings make the interior feel relaxed and comfortable.
The living area is set up for easy downtime with a sofa and lounge chair placed to catch natural light from the large windows and the outlook to the greenery outside. The kitchen is integrated into the space, with clean cabinetry, good storage, and everything you need for simple meals during your stay. It connects naturally to the dining area, making the studio feel open and well-organised.
The bedroom area sits quietly within the studio, separated visually by the black steel framing and the brickwork behind. The queen bed is positioned to receive soft light through the windows, and the layout makes it easy to move from the living area through to the bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk-in shower, vanity, and modern fittings.
Outside, the private backyard patio is a sheltered spot to enjoy meals, relax in the sun, or unwind in the evening. The covered roof and surrounding greenery create a cosy outdoor living area, with a BBQ and space to sit comfortably.
The studio includes a secure parking area directly at the entrance, making arrivals and departures simple.
