âPlease note that Sunny Bayview Retreat occupies the upper level of the home. The separate downstairs apartment may from time to time be separately let or occupied by the property owner.
Car Parking - Guests have one garage parking space available, with ample parking for up to four vehicles in the turning/parking area.
