Relax at Lake Okareka
Come and enjoy a peaceful retreat that is designed to help you relax. Located just five minutes walk from stunning Lake Okareka and close to the Redwoods forest and Blue Lake, this beautiful location is the perfect place to get into nature and unwind.
This suite consists of a spacious bedroom and attached ensuite, sun room and kitchenette.
The property is pet friendly, and has a fenced section. Guests have access to a large deck, wood BBQ and outdoor bath.
There is a heater, blockout curtains and a washer/dryer.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and only a 15 minute drive to the centre of Rotorua. There are many beaches, playgrounds, biking and walking tracks and tourist attractions such as Rotorua's Buried Village within a ten minute drive.
When it is booked out, there will be nobody in the rest of the upstairs of the house (the whole upstairs including the studio is available to be booked under the listing "Adventure at Lake Okareka.") The downstairs of the house is a separate, self-contained flat that has permanent tenants. They have a separate driveway and entrance, and there is no internal stairway.
