Located in South Nags Head, four houses from the beach, providing a quiet and serene environment. The front porch offers a direct view of the ocean, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The cottage dates back to the 1930s and is believed to have been part of the Civilian Conservation Corps camp during the New Deal era. It has been at its current location since 1960. It was extensively renovated in 2010, the bungalow retains its vintage charm while offering modern conveniences. The kitchen was completely renovated for a contemporary cooking experience. Beautifully updated bathroom to meet modern standards. All TVs in the cottage are smart allowing for streaming, catching up on weather, watching games, or playing video games. The Queen Bedroom features a tempur-pedic bed, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay. In addition to the front porch with ocean views, there is a large screened porch at the back featuring a high-top table with chairs and a sitting area for additional outdoor enjoyment.
