We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and as described. The owner was very quick with communication. Check in was a breeze. The location was about a mile from most activities and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go or we rented a scooter one day, which was right at the property. We will return.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious. The only slight problem was the workout path closest to the property wasn’t the safest but we found a safe park close by.Otherwise, everything was great!

This condo was very nice! It is clean and very well maintained. Location is perfect for a getaway to Nashville. Far enough outside of the city to be away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to town!

Great place to enjoy town!

This was a perfect place for two and has easy access to Broadway, especially without a car. We were able to rent scooters for the weekend to zoom back and forth and explore town. Everything is as described! The view of the river off the back deck is pleasant and it was a great spot to relax at the night's end!

Riverfront Condo

The property was just as described. We enjoyed watching the party boats go by on the river, and sitting on the balcony. We selected this property due to the fact that it was a walk-able distance from the activities we had planned. As a side note - all of our walking was done during the day-time hours, and walking several miles per day is routine for us. There was a lot of construction across the street, which we knew about from other reviews. The noise was not bothersome. We did not have a car, but noted that there was ample covered parking. We were very satisfied with our stay, and would stay there again.

Fantastic getaway

Harry was great. We had a small issue with the thermostat upon arrival, I messaged Harry, within 5 minutes he called to discuss the issue and had maintenance on sight within the hour. It was a little further from downtown than we had anticipated but turned out to be nice to be further away from the hustle. Plus the view was great!

First visit

This was a great place for our first visit to Nashville! 20-30 minute walk to Broadway with plenty of other awesome Germantown options even closer. Communication and cleanliness were excellent! My only, very minor, complaint is that the condos are located on the railroad track and they happened to be doing construction during our stay....starting at 7AM

This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. A coffee maker, coffee is provided to get your morning started!

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy 5$ – 8$ Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!

We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. From the condo, you have a view of the beautiful Nashville Cumberland river. Staying at this condo gives you access to a outdoor pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building. All of the tenants have agreed on a No Party Policy with a strictly enforced noise ordinance so you won’t have noisy neighbors.
