Very centrally located cottage in Cavendish. Home is comfy with all the creature comforts you’d want. Neil is very quick to respond to any questions. Overall we had a great stay.

Basic property with all of the needed amenities. Quiet, clean and spacious. Not the average VRBO more basic cottage vibe. It works for sure. Central to everything on the island, perfect spot for day trips. Kevin and Ellen are awesome host who ensure you have everything you need! Would come back just for them! Thank you!!!

This property is not your ‘typical’ PEI cottage. I would more accurately describe it as a waterfront vacation home! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and spotless!! The kitchen is well equipped and all the extras left us wanting for nothing. Location was fantastic, was peaceful in a tiny waterfront community. Sheila was very responsive if we needed anything at all. Highly recommend this home with stunning views and a perfect host! Thanks Sheila for everything. If able to I would have rated 8/5!

Great location for day trips in the area. The house is modern, comfortably furnished, bright and tidy.

We have only positive feedback for our experience at the cottage. The location was perfect for us as a base for touring the island. The open layout main floor allowed for ease of meal assembly and playing board games in the evening. We appreciated the access to the infant toys. We enjoyed the use of the fire pit too. Thanks!

Lovely property with charming, comfortable, well-stocked cottage. So, *so* much preferable to the cookie-cutter cottage compounds we saw in some other PEI places! Quiet (we could barely see and never heard from neighbouring properties), but still just a very quick drive from swim beaches, the city, FiN restaurant(!), etc. And you don't even need to leave the property for paddleboarding and kayaking, sunset bonfires, morning coffee prowls to view nature...It's great! Owners have thought of everything, and were responsive to our general communications, so we assume they would also be if anything were troublesome--which it wasn't! This is an ideal property for small families (though note it's beside water. Kids need supervision--but they'll love it here!) It would also be superb for an individual retreat--say, a writer. Couples, too, if you want lots of togetherness, with easy access to the wider world for dinners out, etc. Finally, the price was truly excellent for everything the property offers! Thanks!!
