Ana's house has a beautiful location and we were looking forward to a great stay there. Unfortunately, the location is all what is good about the house and it is completely beyond my understanding why it can be rated 9.6 on VRBO. The bedrooms are infected by BED BUGS! We were bitten several times, found dead and live bed bugs and fled the house as soon as we found out. This has naturally been reported to VRBO, who issued a refund for their service cost for the full stay, whereas the host was only willing to refund the days we did not stay there after we fled. In addition, the cleaning status of the house was not satisfactory and there were shards of glass on the floor and carpet in the lower apartment as well as on the upper balcony. There was a very unpleasant smell throughout the house, to a degree where we found it hard to sleep. The kitchen and bedrooms were full of living ants. The water in the swimming pool is murky, and it cannot be used. STAY AWAY!
