This villa is in a quiet side street in the Kapparis area . It is close to the beach and also to supermarket , restaurants and bars . It really is in an ideal location . It is very private . The villa itself was clean and well maintained . The pool is cleaned 3 times per week . The garden area is lovely . I found the host Andrea’s to be proactive and approachable . He is very friendly . I can definitely recommend a stay here .

We stayed here as a friend group for a wedding/holiday in May 2025 and the villa exceeded all our expectations! The villa is really modern and super clean. It’s in a great location to walk to the strip and beach within minutes.There were a few minor things that didn’t work on check in, but they were all fixed/rectified within 24 hours with great communication from the property manager.Great communication in the lead up to arrival too.

Check in was really easy. Host was very responsive. We had an issue with the washing machine and had an engineer out Easter Monday and new one delivered on the Tuesday. Also had issue with pool heating and again someone was out the same day. Location was good but you do need a car.There was a loaf of bread, butter and jam as well as tea, coffee, sugar and a litre of milk when we got there.

We had an amazing 6 night stay and the villa was great! The team made our stay so easy, From check in and organising our extra requests for our baby (cot and highchair) , arriving to a charcuterie and cheese board and wine, to cleaning the villa twice while we were there. Couldn’t have asked for much more and we’re going to come back next year!
