We had a real good stay in Tigaki...the hosts at this property are excellent, the property is excellent (especially the sheer size of the interior and outdoor space!). Location is great...close to everything you would need. Thankyou for a great family holiday!

This villa was a great find at last minute. There are 2 villas at the site though only one rented out at a time. Each has a great pool surrounded by amazingly well cared for and fertile gardens. Both designed to take advantage of the amazing views over the sea and Kalymnos and amazing sunsets . Each is a 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms and well appointed kitchen, No washing machine though.. small exchange for the views. Beautiful and modern. Could have done with some seating on the eastern side of the property to make the most of the morning sun... the dining tables outside great for afternoon/evening sun ,but in the shade in the morning . Great location down a side road track on road to Mastichari up hill with fabulous views.Easy to explore and get down to beaches all over the island. The local town Mastichari has good supermarket and huge choice restaurants for evening meals ..only 1 .5 km away . The owner Werner easily contactable and lovely lady who looks after the villa..nothing too much trouble Great choice for a great holiday :)

We have just come back from a glorious holiday in this fabulous villa. Having stayed in numerous villas in Greece, Xenos Villa is without doubt the best. The views from the top floor balconies, fresh water pool, private gardens combined with an outstanding level of cleanliness and hospitality to include a generous welcome pack, fresh soft white towels and dressing gowns made our holiday a luxurious peaceful break. We hired bicycles and cycled round the fresh salt water lake to see the flamingoes, into Kos town along the seafront, Marmari and into Tigaki. A large supermarket that sells everything you need is 5 mins from the villa and Tigaki a 15 min walk with a large selection of tavernas and a long sandy beach. One of our most memorable evenings was being taken out by Nicholas and Lydia to Zia for an evening meal looking at the sunset, fabulous food and views. This is an outstanding villa with generous hosts who even gave us a beautiful cake on our last day. Fantastic memories, we will be back.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Seabreeze. It's a lovely villa in a great location, close to the beach and very well placed for exploring the island.

Stayed for two weeks in September 2023. Good central location. Great place to watch the sunset.

We really liked the apartment, its fabulous view over the sea and proximity to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived and was also cleaned twice during our week stay. The air conditioning was a welcome relief to the heat outside. The kitchen equipment there was satisfactory for what we were doing; simple breakfasts and lunches and quick pasta teas on the nights we stayed in. There is a large fridge with small freezer and full size electric oven. No microwave, but we didn't find that an issue. We used the communal washing machine a couple of times to freshen up some clothes and beach towels - top tip- remember to select the short wash programme! Not sure if there is access to an iron, there wasn't one in the apartment and we managed without. The area was really quiet and peaceful, we spent mornings at the local beach, and afternoons exploring Kos in a rental car. We ate out 3 times in the local area and service and food were good. The nearest supermarket had daily essentials and very friendly staff. Would definitely be happy to stay here again. Thank you to all at Villa Giorgios for a great holiday.

Had a great time at this villa. The house was immaculate with fantastic decor and a huge outside terrace split into an outside kitchen and seating area. The pool was much bigger than I thought it would be and was great to cool down in as it was very hot when we visited. The location is ideal for visiting various resorts but there isn’t much around the villa, I would recommend a car. The owner Jean-Philippe was very helpful and replied to all communications quickly, his restaurant recommendations were also excellent. I hadn’t noticed that the villa doesn’t have air conditioning which meant our nights were uncomfortable as it was very hot. Each bedroom had a fan which helped a little but air conditioning would certainly have been a great benefit. Overall we had a fantastic time and would certainly recommend
