  • We Wanted to Move In--Gorgeous Doesn't Do it Justice

"We've rented apts. all over the world, including the top European cities. This flat has it all--outstanding location (restaurants, art galleries, subway, Old Port, etc.), beautiful furniture and decorations, and generously outfitted. Elaine made us feel like we were visiting our best friend's home--from the welcome basket, to the fully equipped kitchen, to the whirlpool bath amenities. Whether you stay inside and bask in the comfort of the unit or venture outside, this is the perfect apt and location to launch a successful stay in a lovely city. We parked our car and never used it. Many of the YELP restaurant locations were listed in feet because they were so close. Elaine's recommendations were also a big help. And the local rental agent, Pablo, was especially helpful with orienting us and assisting with luggage. I wish I could give this apt. 10 stars!!"

  • A fabulous condo in Old Quebec

"Our family of six stayed in this condo March 2016. It is an ideal location to see everything in this charming city. We found the condo to be beautifully renovated, well stocked and very clean. The owner was friendly and professional. The photos truly represent this wonderful space. We enjoyed exploring both the upper and lower portions of Old Quebec. Our family took a walking tour and a food tour through "Les Tours Voir Quebec" which were highlights of our trip. We easily walked everywhere...only needing our car to drive to the Ice Hotel (Hotel de Glace) for a tour and the Aquarium. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again on another trip to Quebec!"

  • Beautifully Landscaped

"We stayed at Simon's vacation home for one week in July of 2016. The house was one of 4 in a single building. It was gorgeous. Each house was uniquely landscaped to have full privacy from the others. You would never know it was attached. Everything you need was in the house. Right down to a simple cheese grater. There is two swimming pools of the same size. They are right next to each other. We thought, why did they do this! It soon became evident when my grandchildren and I were swimming. We were able to swim and play around, while the other adults were able to use the other quieter pool. The location was great. When you exit the golf course and turn right, the road takes you to the Ski Village. If you turn left, there is a Tim Hortons and a McDonalds. Just south on 177 is a Starbucks and 3 grocery stores. If you are going to the ski Village, I recommend taking a coffee with you. The Starbucks is not opening until Fall, 2016. It's hard to find a coffee up there. There is no Timmy's up there either. We had a wonderful time. The house was very nice. Try it out. Hint - the vacation accommodations are much cheaper than in Ontario. Expect to pay more for groceries though. Thank you Simon."
