  • The best location on Exuma

"Villa BB1 is just beautiful! Fantastic water views from every room! Chris was attentive yet not intrusive. The kitchen is well equipped and ready for homemade meals if you prefer to eat at home. We also found it convenient to have a restaurant located on property. The food and drink are delicious and the restaurant is just a short walk from the villa. After traveling extensively around the island, I believe that Villa BB1 in February Point has the best location on the island. We loved being just around the corner from George Town. If you're looking for a quick and delicious breakfast or lunch you have to try Driftwood in George Town! It's a gem! I can't imagine anyone being disappointed staying in this beautiful villa on this gorgeous island!"

  • Great beach house

"Villa Marjorie was a great home away from home (January 14 - January 21, 2017). We were greater at the airport by Cleo who helped get us settled at the house. She even followed up a day or so later to see if there was anything we needed. Everything is as nice as it is represented in the listing. We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed relaxing on the porch looking out on the water and listening to the surf. Everyone we encountered on the island was great and the locals really put forth the effort to make you feel at home in Exuma. There are many beautiful beaches, great excursions, and fantastic restaurants. If you're looking for a laid back stay at a great beach house this is a great choice."

  • A blue slice of heaven on Earth

"We had the most amazing time at this house. Exuma is a place like no other. The island is small enough to feel like you are away from it all and yet big enough that you can eat at different restaurants and buy groceries at a few different markets. There is so much to do or you can do nothing at all. We did both! The house was well appointed and the beach out front was perfect. We went to almost a dozen different beaches all over the Exumas and always ended up remarking that they were beautiful but no better than the one directly in front of our house. My wife and I came with another couple and the house was perfect. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house separated by a living room and kitchen which gave us ample privacy. Overall, we couldn't have asked for anything more."

  • A "Booking dot Yeah!" Moment!

"The moment kids walked in and said "Wow! Cool! Awesome!" I know I made a right choice! It was a "Booking dot Yeah!" moment!! We had two families, total 3 adults and 4 kids. All loved it. The pictures hardly do the justice. The center large open area is intimately inviting. The rooms separates to two sides wings for easy access and privacy. Decorations are heart felt. The kitchen is FULLY stocked. We planned to cook in, and had no problem with the inventory they have (but I do recommend bringing a good larger cutting knife). The host couple is as local as you will get. Over 50 years in Bahamas, and they've got tons of scary and funny stories that got the kids eyes popping. Extremely nice people and make every effort to make our stay comfortable - they even delivered toilet papers during the first nigh as the market have closed already. They've also prepared three 5 gallons of drinking water ready before we arrived. The location is great also. 15-20 min drive to Georgetown, but not too far with little planning of in-town activities and and market shopping times. There are fishermen selling their daily catch around 4pm at the bridge dock, which is walk-able or 1-2 min drive. Fresh fish, conch, etc. Within short drive further down, you will reach couple secluded beach locations. Oh, yeah, there is a little local bar with pool table just across the street. Overall, it was a great choice and a great value for the price. Thanks you, Mr. and Mrs. D. for the wonderful time!! Lastly, you will need to be conscious in using water as it is precious."
