Bella Vista Breeze is the sister property to our original villa; Bella Vista which has only 5 star reviews- over 80 of them. You can expect to have full access to The Hideaways Resort amenities, amazing waterfront views, and all the conveniences of a home in paradise.

Bella Vista Breeze is perfect for a couple or family getaway with one Bedroom with a king-sized bed and a daybed with a trundle. An ensuite bathroom offers the comforts of home while the half bath allows you to clean up from a day on the beach with a dedicated side door! This small but ample space provides the absolute perfect foundation for any getaway to paradise. Bella Vista Breeze offers a fully stocked kitchen, snorkel gear, 2 smart TVs, board games, and laundry facilities; allowing you to pack light.

Although we are extremely proud of everything the inside has to offer guests, the outside is what you are coming to Exuma to enjoy!! With 2 exclusive patios to choose from, Bella Vista Breeze offers ample outdoor space for you to enjoy. Sit comfortably under a gentle fan overlooking the harbor from your private veranda or on the lounge chairs from your patio as you soak in the ever-changing colors of the harbor. Whether you are enjoying a cup of morning coffee, an afternoon drink, or a romantic after-dinner moment, the outdoor space is truly the star of the show!!

We welcome both short and long term rentals. For rentals over 2 weeks in length, we will hold a $500 security deposit that will be returned within one week of the end of your rental.

Bella Vista Breeze is thrilled to be part of the Guest Services Program at The Hideaways at Palm Bay Beach Club. Being a part of this program is what separates Bella Vista Breeze from some other properties. Our guests have complete access to the Pool, Fitness Center, all Watersports, Shuttle service into George Town, the brand new Hospitality Suite, and the concierge services of the front desk. Not all properties are the same, underpriced properties do not give you access to anything the resort has to offer. Be sure to ask all hosts in The Hideaways at the Palm Bay Beach Club if their guests have complete access to the amenities. If you are going to stay in a resort, you should enjoy the resort!

Right at Home - Bella Vista Breeze

What a great villa with everything you need to make yout stay enjoyable. We felt right at home in the centrally located unit at The Hideaways. You are able to enjoy all the amenities too! We were lucky enough to meet the owner Michael during our visit which was nice. Highly recommend a stay at Bella Vista Breeze!

Our VRBO hosts were absolutely wonderful! Helped us every step of the way on our 1st visit to Exuma, this villa is so much more than we imagined. So comfy and clead, this family really but their heart and soul qto this beautiful place.

Perfect vacation location and stay

This was our first time to Great Exuma, Bahamas and our stay at Bella Vista Breeze was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent and the view was amazing! We also greatly appreciated the communication and helpful guide of things to do by Michael and Roseann. We will be back in the future!

Relaxing Exuma getaway

The property was beautiful and located right on the beach. Michael and Roseann were so helpful with providing us with a guide of the island ahead of time. They were prompt in responding any time we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Paradise!

I couldn’t have asked for a better property or property owners and manager. I was messaged daily by them checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. The kitchen was great and we loved having the grill outside. We sat and played cards at the dining room table while looking at the million dollar view from our window. The villa was literally right on the beach! Besides being beautiful, clean and right on the water it was the little things that I loved. The thoughtfulness of having extra sunscreen for us, a book all about things to do on the island with informative opinions/information, and all the beach toys/chairs ever needed. We felt right at home. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Gorgeous location

We loved our stay at Bella Vista Breeze. It was the perfect location with the best view. Michael & Roseann were very helpful making recommendations for us. They have everything you could possibly need to hit the beaches, beach chairs, floats, beach towels, cooler, umbrella, blue tooth speaker, waterproof phone case & even beach toys. Magical ( Heaven on earth)

Wow wow wow , Bella Vista Breeze has everything you could possibly need or think of. Steps to the water, Michael and Roseanne are great host, I’ve been planning this trip to Exuma for over a year and they’ve answered every question in a timely manner. The unit was very clean. Great for kids, Has an awesome outdoor shower and BBQ . They’ve a book there with tons of info. There is a pool , shuttle into town . Restaurant right next door. Sunrise to die for . We didn’t want to leave. You can snorkel right outside of the unit . We sat right outside our unit to see the sunrise. The water is a magical blue and changes colors as the tide comes in and out. I’ve rented about 15 different places and I’ve to say, this one was the best one I’ve ever rented, and Michael and Roseanne were the best host I could ever want. You can order groceries and have them delivered to your unit as well . I can see why this is a 5 star unit, it is perfect in every way. If you want perfection, book this unit without hesitation. Thank you Michael and Roseanne

Let me start by saying wow!!! Just wow!!! The owners, the customer service, the property, the amenities, the locals, the WATER…WOW! A to all of it! The property owners are absolutely marvelous in their guidance, recommendations, availability, and have it all together to ensure your stay is nothing short of impeccable! The location for first timers and repeat guest alike is absolutely stunning. Inside the hosts have literally thought of everything and you will find it abundantly equipped with ANYTHING you need for a day on the water! After all that’s why we’re here right?! Look no further than the properties of these two awesome individuals and right at Hideaways!!! Alongside this villa is a quite handy little restaurant with a menu boasting something for everyone. This listing leaves nothing to wonder as it is exactly as stated, and again, should you need ANYTHING, they are a moment away with a knowledgeable and sincere response! Perfection!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further! Bella Vista Breeze is centrally located on the island allowing you to drive either direction easily. Michael and Roseann were the BEST hosts. The provided us with tons of information before we arrived and kept in contact with us the entire time. Michael and Roseann have thought of literally everything you need to make your stay feel like home. The icemaker was great to keep ice on hand and to use in the cooler provided. And the outside shower is EVERYTHING!! Take a shower outside!!

Beautiful, clean and exactly as described ocean front villa. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa and great personal touches like beach chairs and an umbrella that you can take with to explore other beaches. Can’t say enough great things about the communication between the host - beyond my expectations. Really liked the outdoor shower. Would definitely stay at Bella Vista Breeze again.

Bella Vista Breeze is very clean, beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The communication from both Michael and Roseann before and during our stay was exceptional. The very detailed information they provided before we arrived as well as the visitors guide when we arrived was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. Our favorite spot was on the beach in front of Bella Vista Breeze (only a few steps from front door), which we enjoyed every day! This was our first trip to Exuma and we already can't wait to return to Bella Vista Breeze!

Everything we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista Breeze. There are so many things convenient about the property that make it great. Location wise it's on a great beachfront, is only a short to the fish fry, is literally right next door to the onsite restaurant Splash and is only a 5 min drive to Georgetown. It is also pretty centrally located on Great Exuma which makes going to either end of the island easy. Michael & Roseann were very responsive along the way and for my wife and I the unit was all we could ask for. We cooked meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the front porch just watching the ocean and took regular walks on the beach. We can't wait to return!

Paradise in Exuma

This was our first time opting for a rental instead of a hotel during our family vacation, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Bella Vista Breeze, hosted by Michael and Roseann, exceeded all our expectations. The villa is perfect and comfortable, providing everything we needed. The location is ideal, allowing us to easily drive to all our destinations. Being part of the Hideaways gave us peace of mind, especially with the on-site restaurant and friendly staff. Our stay was truly wonderful. The meticulous attention to detail by Michael and Roseann, and the overall experience. Our 4-year-old son is already counting down the days to his next birthday so we can return, and we feel the same way. I would rate this vacation and everything that made it special a perfect 10!

Perfect in every way!

Everything about Bella Vista Breeze is spot on! Communication with hosts, Michael and Roseann was a quick and thorough. Visitor guide is VERY helpful. King bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked! Restaurant next door, Splash, was probably the best place we ate. They have anything and everything you could want on Exuma! Snorkle gear, beach chairs, umbrella, outdoor lantern, outdoor shower, etc. First visit to Exuma and we are hooked! Highly recommend staying @ Bella Vista Breeze!

Absolutely Perfect

This villa is exactly as described and in the perfect location. It has everything you made need for your stay. A few steps out of the door and you’re on the beach. Splash restaurant is on site and was convenient for us. Michael And Roseann were so helpful with planning, answering questions, and even allowed us to extend our stay due to delayed flights getting here. They have a detailed welcome guide with tips, directions, restaurant guides, etc. This was our first trip to Exuma, and we’re already looking to book again to bring our kids. 10/10 recommend!

Anniversary Getaway

Absolutely amazing anniversary trip thanks to the wonderful hosts at Bella Vista Breeze! We used the information packet they sent us when we booked and their guest Facebook page to plan every day. I cannot tell you how helpful this was! When our flight was delayed for maintenance issues, they even gave us recommendations of places to eat while stuck at the airport. They were quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. The villa and view were even more beautiful in person. We enjoyed drinks and dinner at Splash and loved walking over to Jolly Hall Beach where we saw several sea turtles! Exuma was absolutely amazing and everyone we met were so kind and helpful. We are looking forward to returning in the future and bringing our children to experience island life in Exuma!

Best location on the Island

Bella Vista Breeze is everything the listing describes. This is our 2nd trip to Exuma and as they say “location, location, location”. This is a true oceanfront property just steps from the water. Bella Vista Breeze is conveniently located on the island. It is close to Georgetown and there are restaurants within walking distance. We rented a vehicle and it was awesome that we could travel north or south as opposed to being at either end of the island. The property is clean, the bed is comfortable and the hosts provided many extras. Bella Vista Breeze guests have access to all the Hideaways Resort amenities as well. It also has a great private outdoor shower with warm water. Michael and Roseann are excellent hosts and available to answer any questions. Their welcome package provided detailed information on the island including restaurants and excursions to name a few and was available as soon as we booked. It was a great planning tool. They have also put together a beautiful photo book with descriptions, so we ventured to places we probably wouldn’t have. Bella Vista Breeze would be our “go to” place.
