  • Amazing property

"We rented this beautiful home for 3 nights. It accommodated a total of 6 people comfortably. The house comes equipped with everything you can possibly think. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds super comfortable. The best part of this property is the balcony with a ocean view. We had breakfast outside everyday. It's a short walk down to the private beach or a 5 mins or less drive to Flamingo Beach. The property is connected to Flamingo resort and we went to the monkey bar for dinner. Food was fabulous but a bit expensive. You're better off going to the restaurants around the area. I highly recommend one called "Coco Loco" in front of Flamingo Beach. Had parking right in front of the unit and I felt safe leaving my car there. It always had a security guard keeping an eye on the cars. All in all, this property was amazing and I would totally stay here again! Highly recommended."

  • Beautiful Home - Can't wait to come back!

"This house was incredible - all amenities, clean and cool, gorgeous views...I could go on and on. The view of the ocean is unlike any other - waking up every morning to the wide expanse of blue sea, hearing the waves crash while sleeping (even with the doors closed), and having a beautiful sunset every single night...this place is really special. The town of Flamingo is a sleepy fishing village with everything you need (banks, rental car, tours) and there are 3 fantastic restaurants (Coco Loco is a must, Marie's and Angelina's). For families: the layout of the house is such that the master is separate from the main house, but only a short walk across the pool patio. Our 5 year old shared a room with her brother and we felt very safe and had no problems. The master is a must - and get a massage with the doors open! We can't wait to go back."

  • Best of both world's

"We recently stayed in this hidden gem and could not have been happier. My boys and I had access to some great surfing and hiking while the girls could lay on the beach and get pampered. From Jungle tours to mani's and pedi's it was one of our favorite family vacations of all time. The staff operating the home was like family, the views from the balcony were as advertised....spectacular!! If it's your first trip to Costa Rica I highly recommend letting them take care of everything. The house itself is new so there's no surprises and with little touches like free portable wi-fi and local cell phone to use it felt like home. Flamingo Beach and the access to it made for a real surprise; it was much more accessible than we thought by looking on-line. I wouldn't rent anywhere else. We'll be back and are already planning it."

  • Truly a Spectacular view!

"We were 2 adult couples arriving for our first week in Costa Rica, what an introduction! We were all stunned by the view from the condo! Brian Gonzales (tours) collected us at Liberia airport, took us for groceries and brought us to the condo! Thanks to Renee for introducing us to Brian, we enjoyed his Palo Verde River tour, such thoroughly informative and personalized service was amazing! The condo is comfortable with sufficient seating inside and out. We had plenty of space and found no shortage of supplies on hand. It was very convenient to the Monkey bar and Pool! There is a small casino /bar & restaurant up the hill next door (with A/C). We were surprised by the steep incline in the small section of town where 411 and Marina Resort are. There are a couple flights of stairs to the condo itself and from the parking lot gate, its either up or down the short hill to local restaurants and amenities. Worth the walk, just avoid the hottest part of the day. There is a picnic table ON THE BEACH right in front of the complex. (beach chairs in closet need retiring). We enjoyed watching the birds, squirrels and reptiles (iguana's and geckos) on the grounds and in the trees. The A/C and Wifi worked well and were appreciated! As was the small cooler! The mid week maid service was a bonus! Did need to buy charcoal for the BBQ, had some left after a few dinners. The only call to Marcos for maintenance was the main bathroom flush mechanism & it was repaired the next day. We rented a car from Adobe, downloaded WAZE (gps app thanks to Renee & Brian for the tip) for mobile phone to get around without a hitch.. If you have wheels, try Surf Box for breakfast and Beach House for lunch...(as were recommended), we enjoyed them both. If not, Marie's may have a live band and is casual and Anna's (for seafood, more formal) are both at the bottom of the hill. Sonia's and Renee's advance info and tips were very helpful! Thank you again! We enjoyed our wonderful vacation week!"
