  • Okay apartment

"Three women rented this apartment specifically because it had two bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom was the smallest room with the smallest shower stall I have ever been in. The shower door couldn't close all the way (no inside handle) and neither did the bathroom door (swollen.) Really no privacy unless you were alone in the room. Also there are notes all over the place citing reasons your deposit wouldn't be refunded. The tone of the notes was off putting. Otherwise it is an okay location, clean and well appointed. Nothing special, but certainly adequate and a lot cheaper than a hotel."

  • Our Return Visit - Comfortable and Great Location

"We have stayed in this building before, in the one bedroom, and greatly enjoyed it. We booked the two bedroom apartment with a stay in January. The only "problem" we have with this apartment is that it makes going somewhere other than London quite difficult. This was our third visit to London (and we feel we should see other cities besides London) but having such a great place to stay keeps us coming back. We've recommend the play to our friends and co-workers. Everything in the apartment worked well, we made frequent use of the kitchen, wifi and tv (when we were there). We felt quite secure and the view of the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London each day was simply fantastic."

  • Great flat in a great location

"This 1 bedroom flat was perfect for our family of 4 adults and was very accessible to the Tube and local attractions. The flat was very well kept and the host was extremely responsive. The caretaker met us upon arrival and even had milk, juice, and bread left for us to enjoy. I highly recommend this flat for your stay in London. Right around the corner from the Tower Hill tube station which made it very easy to get around all of London."

  • A Posh Pad in The City

"You will be very pleased by this posh pad. Not only is the unit comfortable and spacious, the location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, yet central to just about everything you would wish to access. During the day, the City is bustling with activity, yet there are no pubs within listening distance to provide you with potentially uninvited evening ambiance (there are plenty of pubs within a 5-minute walk, but you don't hear them). With the Bank tube station around the corner, we expended little effort visiting all our favorite haunts. The central living space is two stories grand and, frankly, made us feel a bit like a royal. With the large arched windows and the ornate ceiling, one might think this was simply an elegant extension of the church next door. The kitchen is easily serviceable and the bedroom is right-sized comfort. There are other units in the building, but you could have fooled us because we never heard anyone else. The front entrance hall provides a nice place to adjust your soul from outside to inside which enhances the living space all the more. I must admit that I had trouble with the washer and dryer setup. I think most of the trouble was self-inflicted because I am American and despite years of travel to London. I have never figured out how to use the washing machines. If you are experienced in this area, the machines are in great condition and you will do well. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. Regardless of what experiences you have had with Home Away type venues; you will rate this unit as one of your favorites. P.S. Don’t worry about a toaster because the cooker toasts bread without a fuss."
