Miami rentals with pool

We initially booked the house for my family of 4. We wanted to be near the speedway as we were there for the Triathlon National Championship. Later on, the athletes needed a place to stay and the group grew to 8, then 10 and finally the last addition for a grand total of 11. Vilma was very accommodating with all the adjustments and a great communicator. However, I would not recommend the house for so many people, 8-10 adults is the max, especially if there are mixed genders and non family members sharing rooms and bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the house very spacious for eating/relaxing. The back patio was my favorite spot in the evening! Thanks Vilma, we hope to be back next year!

Icon Building is awesome. Be really careful if "We Host" is the company that is rented your unit in Icon. They are scammers and they charge extra without a reason, they didnt give me keys the unit that i bocked in and no body respond for this not even Vrbo.

The place fit all my requirements- beach, layout of residence set in a well appointed hotel/condo. They had great restaurants and exercise facilities. Could not have asked for more! Mickey was very responsive and clear in his communication.

I traveled to Miami with my wife, two small children, and parents for a wedding. We needed a place with enough rooms to house everyone and safety was a priority. I could not have asked for a better experience with the physical property or location and the host is truly exceptional! The house has everything you'll need for your stay. Towels for days, a well-appointed kitchen, great A/C, outdoor living furniture, a grill, etc. For parents with small kids, it has a high chair and two "Pack N Plays", which brings me to the host. Sabin is an excellent communicator and truly knows/loves the neighborhood. Prior to my departure I asked how many Pack n Plays were available since I have two small children and he first replied there was only one. I told him I would just bring one of mine but he went out of his way to procure a second one for our trip. That type of hospitallity is rare and his support continued throughout my stay.

Apartment was beautiful! Great view of the ocean! Pool is heated! Only thing future guests should be aware of is the parking at the building is $70 for one week or it is $40 to park your car over night, $20 to park your car during the day. Which I think personally is ridiculous esp if you already paid for your stay but other than that everything was perfect! Marcelino was great! Communicated very well. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.
