  • Fabulous house for my family vacation

"I have three college kids and we got away for a few days down there to get away from the Minnesota cold weather. The desert springs house was so fabulous. It was so great. We had great weather. It was awesome. Everything was so nice, so much nicer than the pictures online. The pool and hot tub were so bomb! It was beautiful home. The house was so clean and all ready to go. It was close to everything, if you needed groceries it was not even a mile away."

  • BETTER THAN GREAT!

"Past reviews and Renee's own description of this super condo were 'bang on'! We felt at home in the welcoming, Fully equipped condo, and soon learned 'the lay of the land' with the help of Renee's many books and maps. No need to venture into the madness of downtown Phoenix, when hiking/walking trails in Gold Canyon, Kings Ranch, Silly Mountain, First Water, etc. are all within a few minutes' drive. Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Superior, Globe, Miami, Usery Mountain Park, Apache Trail, etc. are just a little further. Discover the wild horses at the Salt River or tour the nearby country roads and come across the resident desert tortoise; truly magical memories! Walk to the nearby, local Library & Multi Generational Centre. Groceries and gas are just a short drive away. Drink in the fabulous views of the Superstition Mountains, while enjoying morning coffee or refreshment on your deck. Use of WI-FI and TV was problem-free. The Brita filter in the water pitcher worked great and meant 'no buying water'! There's no recycling at "Quail Creek" but Renee has come up with a solution for those interested in recycling. Just ask her. Having a covered, designated parking spot is a bonus. However, it might be a little 'tight' for a full-size truck. Best time for 'pool time' is early aft. Water wasn't heated until early November so 'refreshing' during the first couple of weeks of our stay. There's a Large Laundry room next door to the pool area so throw in a load while you lounge nearby! Take quarters as 4 are required for each load of washing or drying. Reasonable price! We hated for our holiday to end but want to thank Renee for providing such a great, reasonably priced venue for visitors wanting to experience the Superstitions and escape the rain and/or snow elsewhere!"

  • Perfect rental home!!

"We often rent different homes during the summer in Lake Havasu and usually don't leave reviews, but this home is one of our favorites. We went out for a three day weekend to Lake Havasu with six adults and this home worked out perfect for us. When we arrived the home was very clean and organized very well. Minutes from the Windsor launch and more than enough room to keep our boat on the side of house. The pool was great and it came in handy when our boat was down one day. Bob and Donna responded immediately anytime I had any questions for them and they were very helpful. Definitely will be renting this home again.. Thank you!"

  • WOW, WONDERFUL, WAY better than a hotel

"Everything we needed for a wonderful week in Tucson. FUN, FUN, and QUITE neighborhood near the University. Home was well supplied with all we needed and more. Lillian even bought a slow cooker for us so we could come home from a day exploring and have a hot dinner ready. Parking was easy and safe, with good access to home. Kitchen had everything you needed and was easy to cook in. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and and large sink and lighting were great. Our hosts treated us like family and even had fruit and snacks when we arrived! Only problem was we did NOT want to leave! WE made great Thanksgiving Memories and will come back again."
