"This is a wonderful property and a perfect location. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and is close to grocery store and trails. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Yes...she is a pleasure to work with!"

  • Great Getaway

"The location of the cabin was close to town, but we still felt transported to a secluded location where we saw mule deer. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, and overall a great place for family to stay. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and I can't wait to come back again. Kerry was great too-available for any questions we had. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -Esmeralda Contreras"

  • Wonderful location!

"We had a fabulous 6 week stay at the cabin. The location is perfect: in a quiet cul-de-sac and backing directly onto the National Forest. We hiked from the back of the house every day. The views from the deck were spectacular! The cabin is light, airy and comfortable and extremely clean and well equipped. We loved the huge open plan living/dining/kitchen area. All beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the Munds Park Farmers Market every Saturday morning and Flagstaff is only 15 minutes away with great stores, bars and restaurants. There are numerous activities for all the family within an hours drive such as Sedona, Bearizona, Page Springs Winery, Arizona Snowbowl and of course, the Grand Canyon. Doug was a great host and responded immediately to any questions. Our one small criticism is that, while there were comfortable lounge chairs on the large deck, there was no patio dining table and chairs. Luckily we were able to borrow a table from friends living in Munds so that we could enjoy the outside to the fullest. Thank you Doug for a great experience."

  • Cozy Cottage is a gem!

"The cottage was perfect in everyway. From all the amenities stashed in the roomy pantry to the seemingly remote location that's conveniently located near everything. We were greeted by Linda upon our arrival and the welcome folder also had all the necessary information about the property as well as where to shop for groceries, etc. She shared the names of her favorite restaurants and stressed that we could contact her with any problems at any time. The only time we needed to call her was when a low battery alarm sounded for the carbon monoxide sensor. She responded immediately and replaced the entire sensor. During our stay my wife misplaced her wedding ring. We both thought she had lost it while hiking on one of the many wonderful trails within minutes of the cottage. When Linda ws cleaning the property after our departure she found the ring. She phoned us and inquired about the loss and after my wife provided a description, Linda immediately mailed us the lost item. I wouldn't hesitate to book this lovely, quite and very comfortable property at a future date. Thanks to Linda and Joe for sharing their cottage and making our stay in Sedona truly memorable."
