Very good as base for exploring the area

Great wee spot for a base to go explore the area around Page. We went to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Lake Powell, Monument Valley and Horseshoe Bend. Amazing sites to see!

This is a mobile home converted into residence. Compact rooms with moderate ambience. Communication with owner was quick. Main door steps were unsteady and risky for injury. Needs significant attention to detail.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed, nice comfortable beds, the host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. She always replied quickly to any questions I had. Plenty of parking for a boat, easy check in process, overall a really great stay!

Comfortable, well-stocked, central, clean mobile Home

This home is a single wide mobile home in a retirement mobile home park. Our family of 5 had loved being in central Page, near restaurants and Lake Powell. The layout of this home is perfect with bedrooms on each side and the kitchen/entertainment area in the middle. It is well-stocked, comfortable, updated inside and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Cute little property close to everything we wanted to do while in Page. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Can tell the property is being updated, but everything was usable and worked as we needed it to. Loved that there were two full bathrooms and both bedrooms have large beds. Owner was easy to reach via text.

Comfy stay

We had to travel to Page for medical reasons. This little home was perfect for our situation. We didn’t want to spend the weekend in a hotel while my husband prepared for and rested from surgery. Tasha was very understanding and allowed us a late check while my husband rested. The beds were comfortable, which is a big deal for me.

Big thank you for the owner for the very comfortable stay

If you are looking for luxury, this place is probably not for you. But if you are looking for safe, comfortable, very well stocked place where everything is in working order, pristine clean and easy to check in/out process, you will not be disappointed! I think the beds need a separate mention. They are AMAZINGLY comfortable and the sheets.... I wish I had the same at home!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Check out location via Google maps before committing. It was hard to get a good nights sleep. Neighbors are up all night long working on their car’s engines, scary dog fights and the washing machine shakes the house. I had to clean the dishes before using them, paint cans in primary bathroom, stained towels, broken blinds that don’t close, broken furniture, broken sidewalks and unsafe stairs.

king bed in front bedroom, is propped up on floor tiles and the frame where the bolt should be is broken, resulting in the need to prop bed against wall to prevent complete breakage. Three of the outside steps are tipped down and move under foot, so not stable. Only one exterior is working therefore a fire hazard to only have one working door. Silverware drawer falls out when opening drawer.Kitchen utensils adequately stocked. towels were nice, everything was very cleaned.

No Information that the Rental has been cancelled

We were on the way to the Rental Object and I asked for the keylock to come in. Then I got the Information that the house is no longer available for us. The one I have talked to before was no longer involved in the Rental. But no one gave us any information about that. And we have booked the house 1 year ago. That was the second time within our vacation that we are on the way and the rental was cancelled without any information for us. This is very miserable and not to excused.

Adventure

Two bedrooms with two king size beds are so small! In the same bedroom there is a huge couch but no space to hang your stuff, no hangers. One of these bedrooms has very poor quality mattress with noisy sound. Both towel’s hooks in one bathroom are broken. No hairdryer. ( we didn’t find it). Owner’s phone number is not working number and we we’re not able to reach the owner till last hours before we came.
