  • Comfortable 3rd floor condo with all the fixings for a great stay.

"We had an excellent time. The condo was very clean and well stocked with plenty of room for two small families. I contacted the hosts ahead of time, and they graciously permitted me to have some guests over for pre-wedding preparations. Overall it was extremely comfortable and we had a great time."

  • Right at Home away from home

"We stayed at Wayne's and Lee's condo the first part of October 2016. Just a little get away for my wife and I. It worked just right for us. The location is just about perfect - close to restaurants, the church we attend when visiting Mesa, shopping, local attractions and a great golf course. There is a large walking area just east of Coyote Landing where the condo is located. Coyote Landing is a gated community and I did like the idea of that little extra security. There is a very nice exercise area with treadmills, stepper and some LifeFitness weight machines. There are also two pools. The deck was being resurfaced on one while we were there. The other is about a three minute walk from the condo and it is a salt water pool (no chlorine). Getting in and out of the community is a breeze with the Intelligent Key(FOB). The people that we met there were very nice. It was a quiet place to stay for the number of people living in the community. Weekends of course there was a little more noise, but not bad. The only thing that was a bit of an annoyance was the Sonic drive in eating establishment next door unloaded a truck after they closed, but again that was tolerable. We never ate there but now you know that you have a Sonic drive up order from the car eating place right next door. We communicated with Wayne a few times and he was very kind and helpful. Lee left us a very nice welcome note on the table and we thought that was very kind. Thank you Wayne and Lee for sharing your home for us to enjoy our honeymoon after being married 45 years."
