  • Convenient, Comfortable and Fun in San Diegos Gaslamp

"This is the perfect condo unit in so many ways! We were undergoing an extensive remodel on our home and needed a furnished rental short term to hang our hat. With a 1 year old and a newborn, we were looking for convenience and walk ability and all the diversions possible! This excellent unit in the HEART of the Gaslamp was better than we could have imagined! Afternoons at Seaport Village, children's museum, Petco park area, and the harbor parks were all at our disposal. Great jogging at the harbor was perfect to prepare for the SD Half Marathon which happened to have the finish line right at the intersection below the unit! The lively Gaslamp experience makes everyday seem like a special event and was a welcome distraction from the demands of small babies. Never a shortage of things to do and see and incredibly convenient to this K street unit. We loved the contemporary style of the condo, and the layout (dual master) is perfect. Also a great private patio area with nice bbq's had us grilling a couple times a week and enjoying meals outdoors. Easy parking, well maintained unit...would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

  • A great vacation

"We came to La Jolla for our spring break -- a much needed break from the cold. The instructions to find and access the property were very clear. Brant was easily accessible via text to help with our questions. The house was perfect for the five of us -- three teenage boys. We loved the access to the shops and dining at La Jolla. Our favorite breakfast place was Shorehouse. We tried several of the other restaurants and all were great! The beach was nice, but the water was very cold. We rented a wet suit for my son so he could boogie board, which worked out well. The house came with beach chairs and a cooler, which came in handy. Lots of sand toys, too, but my kids are too old for those. It was nice to walk around and my kids were also able to skateboard. Visiting the Cove is a must. Got to see sea lions on the beach, which was pretty amazing. We also visited Coronado beach several times. We love that beach and it's just a drive away -- more great shops and restaurants. We also hiked at Torrey Pines State Reserve -- a must if you like to hike. All in, it was a great place to stay. Convenient (loved having a washer and dryer), clean, plenty of space. Would stay again."

  • Amazing spot

"Our friends and I celebrated my wife's 40th at this Classic waterfront family compound. It is packed with history, incredible views, proximity to the water and location near town is hard to beat and handled us all very comfortably in very low key relaxing fashion. Our host made us feel right at home. Thank you for an amazing weekend! We'll be back!"
