  • Better Than I Imagined

"This was my first time renting a home for vacation, so I was nervous and skeptical about the whole experience. After browsing vrbo for the best home to meet my needs, I found this gem. The pictures of the property don't do it justice, the home is absolutely beautiful and it is placed perfectly within downtown. My family and I were able to walk most places within ten minutes, which made me wonder why I bothered to rent a car. The owner was very responsive during our initial communications, and as the trip neared he provided a detailed description of everything I could possible want to know and he encouraged me to contact him with any other specific questions. Everything was in order precisely how he stated it would be upon arrival, and he made us feel comfortable to contact him if something was not in order. The home was even better than I hoped it would be, from the sparkling clean appearance to the ample amount of space and comfortable bedding. When I visit the area again, this home will be first on my list of potential homes to rent during the vacation."

  • Christina and her property are AWESOME!

"Stayed here for the MLB All Star Game and it was the perfect fit. A block from the ballpark and the condo has everything you could possibly need and is immaculate. Christina was there every step of the way including after I checked out and had to retrieve something I left behind. Great stay! Thanks for everything Christina!"

  • Beautiful condo, easy walk to Petco and Gaslamp

"If you want to be downtown in the middle of everything, this is the place. There are tons of restaurants within a half mile (especially in the Gaslamp District), the Embarcadero/Harbor and Seaport Village are just a bit further. If you're a runner or walker, you can access the harbor walk just over the bridge from Petco Park and go for miles. I was in town for a conference at the Marriott next to the convention center, which was a pleasant 15-20 minute walk (about .75 miles). The off-street parking is a huge bonus, but the real joy is the condo itself. It is spacious and comfortable, plenty of natural light, gorgeous balcony, clean, and has everything you need to cook and serve meals. Plus a washer/dryer behind the curtain in the front bathroom. When there's a game at Petco Park, the area gets busy, but the condo is much quieter than I expected. And the street with the garage entrance was always accessible, even during the All-Star game. The building has a nice rec room and fitness center on site, and everything is gated for that extra feeling of security. Madeline was very responsive/helpful throughout the process, and we would definitely stay here again."

  • Wonderful Get Away

"Great location with an easy walk to the convention center (about 10min brisk pace). Also just around the corner from Petco Park although the Padres were on the road during our stay. It was an easy walk to dinner or drinks in the Gaslamp district and access to the highway to explore up or down the coast was close by. We so enjoyed the secure under ground parking-made it a dream to come back from exploring and not have to search for parking. The building itself was secure with locked entries, quiet neighbors, and convenient elevators. We took advantage of the roof top patio and grill, cooking fresh seafood that we picked up at Point Loma Seafood and dining outside. Patti was quite responsive to our inquiries and made booking our stay easy. Beach towels were provided and were most welcome as being from the middle of the country spending time near the ocean was a priority and an easy drive. The kitchen was well stocked and it was great to have a washer and dryer to use. My biggest complaint about the condo was that the carpets needed attention. Hutch, who toured us on our arrival, said that they were cleaned every six months and we had booked at the end of the cycle. Our trip was a combined business and pleasure vacation, first time in San Diego, and went smoothly. I'd recommend this property and San Diego-looking forward to a return trip."
