  • Great spot!

"My family and I spent 3 nights at this home and loved it. Great deck, great location and all of the amenities. The tide pools are a short walk away from the front door and the kids were excited to walk down every morning. Thanks again!!"

  • Best value and a great experience.

"It took some convincing for my wife, but this time I was determined to stay on the coast, rather than the usual standard hotel along the 101 Freeway. Bottom line: It could not have worked out better! With two adult children, we of course have to get two hotel rooms. FOR LESS MONEY than the two rooms, we were lucky to find this wonderful beach house with an incredible view of the ocean that is WALKING DISTANCE to one of the best beaches in No Cal. The owner makes it all so easy by providing an awesome welcome guide with information that lets you know where everything in the area is located. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. It feels like a home, not a sterile rental unit. It is a short, beautiful 30 minute drive through the rolling hills of west Marin to get there off the 101. If you have the time, I highly recommend the longer, scenic route that we took: From the Golden Gate Bridge, head north on the 101, exit to Muir Woods to see the giant Redwoods, then continue out to Pacific Coast Highway 1, Stop in Stinson Beach for lunch ON THE BEACH at the Siren Canteen, then continue north on Hwy 1 and stop in Point Reyes Station to browse through the local artisan shops, Up the road about 45 min, make note of Nick's Cove Seafood restaurant (located on your left, on Tomales Bay) with outside seating on the pier. You will want to come back here for lunch or dinner (only 15 min from the house). You get the idea.... By the end of our trip, both my wife and kids made me promise that we would come back and all of us agreed that it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable trips we had taken: All of this, because we found the perfect little home-away-from-home at a great value rather than a standard old hotel room. Quality family time awaits you here. Enjoy!"
