  • Very special house with amazing view

"We came to the Sonoma area for a ranch wedding and stayed in Sebastapol for a few nights first...we wanted to spend a few extra nights near the ocean after the wedding was over. This home did not disappoint. Sitting on the very hip orange sofa and looking out the incredible windows at the amazing ocean view upon arrival, was the first time I truly relaxed during my visit. WE loved exploring the area (even though we were very cold in August. We are from South California, but currently living on the eastcoast and were not prepared for the colder temps). We loved the hike down to the ocean that ran alongside the house and also going to the main area of Dillon Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The design and decor of the home was so relaxing. Great lighting, furniture, fireplace. Just a great overall feeling. We are a small family of 3, but it easily and comfortable could accommodate several families or a large family. The downstairs is totally private. My 11 year old daughter absolutely loved the area. We saw a ton of deer and incredible birds. It was a magical stay. My only small request/suggestion would be to have a small amount of laundry soap available for the w/d. We couldn't find any eco friendly in the area so didn't do our laundry. Make sure you grab firewood on the way (they sell at Dillon Beach Resort. Their cafe had a decent lunch and we had a great dinner at Nick's Cove about 20 minutes away in Tomales Bay. Highly recommend. Jerry was very helpful too! Thank you!"

  • Just What My Little Family Needed......

"This cute Lil' Beachouse was the PERFECT getaway for a Stay At Home Mama desperate to see the ocean!! Nestled in the adorable village at Dillon Beach, walking distance to the beach, the Cafe and the Gift shop, with a GORGEOUS Sunset view of the Ocean off the upstairs balcony this house was just what we needed!! We were sooo happy that the NICEST owners let us book a last minute reservation on a BUSY holiday weekend. Comfy beds a WORKING wood burning fireplace, a well equipped kitchen my Family of 4 (with a 2 year old and a 4 year old) had a GREAT visit to this sleepy beach!! We highly recommend this place. SUPER affordable and a 5 minute walk to the beach and dunes, you cannot go wrong with this property at Dillon Beach!! The OWNERS answered my call on a Friday night at 7 pm and we were settled in the next day. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!"

  • Wonderful!!!!!

"Thank you, Cherry! This home is absolutely beautiful. The views from the living room, dining room, and deck are stunning. The home is beautifully, yet comfortably furnished and decorated. I love the art and antiques throughout the home. Even the landsping is beautiful! We have rented several homes in Dillon Beach and this is by far our favorite. Cherry has thought of everything and you will want for nothing. She even left a welcoming box of amazing chocolates that she hand made! I am very picky about cleanliness and loved the fact that this home was immaculate upon our arrival. Even the outdoor trash cans are housed in an enclosure to keep critters from getting to them. We look forward to returning!"

  • Great view

"The home was very nice, well stocked with everything you might need. Great views of the beach and ocean. Although there is a tv the cable box seemed to have been taken away, or locked up so we were unable to watch tv. Normally not a big deal but the men wanted to watch the nba finals. The other bummer was the telescope also seemed to have been disabled, no instructions to be found so it was also unusable. We assumed it would be since it's listed in the amenities. These were small issues and our only "complaint". We loved the home, beds were comfy. We enjoyed watching deer every morning and evening. Security is a stickler on the parking situation. Tires can even be on the street a few inches. Overall, our trip was great."
