  • Amazing Houseboat in Sausalito

"This is the third time that we have booked a houseboat in Sausalito. While all of our experiences have been positive, this boat was by far, the nicest, decorated with art from around the world, comfortable beds and living area and an amazing deck on top of the house overlooking the bay. The houseboat is walking distance from many businesses and restaurants and a walk or bike ride from downtown Sausalito. The owner was helpful, friendly and accommodating in every way. I can not say enough about the boat, the owner and the overall experience. Thank you Wilford!"

  • Lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood

"In two short weeks we came to view this as "our home". Jennifer's house is lovely - cozy, comfortable and well-decorated. And she is a very gracious and thoughtful host. Also the location is superb, just blocks above Caledonia Street, on the "quiet" (non touristy) side of Sausalito, yet a quick walk to downtown. Caledonia is lined with great restaurants, a beautiful natural/organic market and a wonderful coffee shop (Cibo). It's the neighborhood I've always wanted to live in. We hope to return next year!"

  • Exceptional in every way!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at inns, B&B's, hotels, castles, and all sorts of places all over the world, and this stay was right up there with the best. Lilian was a great hostess. The location is spectacular and the views are amazing. The house is extremely comfortable, warm, and cozy. We loved the location. We could walk down the hill in 10 minutes to the market for groceries or to go to the bakery or a restaurant, or walk to the ferry to catch a ride to downtown San Francisco right to the Ferry Building and cable cars. We were only 15 minutes to Muir Woods National Park or an hour's drive to Napa. There is a lot to do in the Marin Headlands (don't miss the Bonita Point Lighthouse), and that is a 5-10 drive (go on the weekday and you'll miss the crowds). We walked up and down the hilly streets and hidden step paths to town and got to admire all the hillside homes along the way. The only downside for those who don't like to walk is that what goes down must go up--the steps and streets are very steep, so the walk back up can be a little strenuous. However, if you can't walk, then you can drive down. Our teenage boys found a basketball court and tennis court nearby, which they used for skateboarding since no-one else was there. We had a perfect combination of things to do for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, quiet days and evenings, spectacular views, a cozy home, and lots to do, and Lilian had everything we needed. The place was spotless and very well maintained. We would highly recommend this house. The McDonalds Grand Rapids, MI"
