  • Lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood

"In two short weeks we came to view this as "our home". Jennifer's house is lovely - cozy, comfortable and well-decorated. And she is a very gracious and thoughtful host. Also the location is superb, just blocks above Caledonia Street, on the "quiet" (non touristy) side of Sausalito, yet a quick walk to downtown. Caledonia is lined with great restaurants, a beautiful natural/organic market and a wonderful coffee shop (Cibo). It's the neighborhood I've always wanted to live in. We hope to return next year!"

  • Very peaceful, romantic cottage on a dock!

"It was absolutely wonderful, living and sleeping in this quaint, lovely cottage, right on the water of Sausalito Bay! You look out to the water from your bed! The location is great! Not hard to find, and lots of good cafes! We had never been to California before. During our days, we did lots of exploring, and enjoyed so much coming back to this charming retreat on ARK Row. Thanks so much, Marion!"

  • Quiet, relaxing, refreshing cottage

"If you are searching and comparing sites and locations for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Sausalito - your search is over. This quaint, well kept cottage will met all your needs in a home away from home. Really, put away your spread sheet and tear up your notes because the chore is over - pack your bags - lightly as most all essentials are waiting for you. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops out door activities and shops are well within walking distance. The views of Richardson Bay are calming and a treat any time of the day. There is plenty of on street parking is available in this wonderful residential neighborhood. The owners have provided a drawer full of maps, restaurant menus and items of historic and entertaining interest. I would recommend getting a BayAreaFastrak for your vehicle. There are no "cash" toll booths on the Golden Gate Bridge (GGB) and it'll save you some time and money with the quick trips to San Francisco. There are plenty of trails (Sausalito - Mill Valley, for example) for unlimited biking and running in addition to a scenic route from Sausalito through Fort Baker and across the GGB or the Marin Headlands. Once you have enjoyed the peace and relaxing atmosphere of the cottage, you'll be back. We can speak from experience."

  • So freaking awesome!

"I stayed on the Magnolia with my mom and 8 year old nephew. It was the most amazing rental I can even imagine. First of all, staying on a houseboat, to an 8 year old farm kid, was such a cool experience. He loved the upper deck and the cool beds he had to climb up to. The Magnolia is furnished beautifully, and was spotless. The showerhead was one of my favorite features. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly want, and there was lots of information about the area to read. There were kayaks and a rowboat to use; we didn't have time to try them out unfortunately. I would HIGHLY recommend staying on the Magnolia, it was an experience of a lifetime!"
