  • Awesome

"Our stay was fabulous. It was clean, the view was great. Met Dan, the owner of the property, and he was very nice and personable. Would definitely stay again and I highly recommend this property."

  • The Perfect Retreat

"Cosy, quirky and comfortable. Such an interesting home with all the many different artefacts and books around for you to enjoy. They reminded us so much of places we have lived in or travelled through, maybe that is why we felt so at home ! Thank you for sharing your home Wilford and also thank you to Gail and Kathy who were so helpful with restaurant suggestions and recommendations on where to visit. We have had a wonderful stay and thank you for the wine ! Ian and Jennie Kirk - Cape Town"

  • Quiet, relaxing, refreshing cottage

"If you are searching and comparing sites and locations for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Sausalito - your search is over. This quaint, well kept cottage will met all your needs in a home away from home. Really, put away your spread sheet and tear up your notes because the chore is over - pack your bags - lightly as most all essentials are waiting for you. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops out door activities and shops are well within walking distance. The views of Richardson Bay are calming and a treat any time of the day. There is plenty of on street parking is available in this wonderful residential neighborhood. The owners have provided a drawer full of maps, restaurant menus and items of historic and entertaining interest. I would recommend getting a BayAreaFastrak for your vehicle. There are no "cash" toll booths on the Golden Gate Bridge (GGB) and it'll save you some time and money with the quick trips to San Francisco. There are plenty of trails (Sausalito - Mill Valley, for example) for unlimited biking and running in addition to a scenic route from Sausalito through Fort Baker and across the GGB or the Marin Headlands. Once you have enjoyed the peace and relaxing atmosphere of the cottage, you'll be back. We can speak from experience."

  • Fantastic place to stay

"What a wonderful home! It is ideally situated just a few blocks off the bay and several restaurants. It's so peaceful here and yet you are just a few minutes walk to the ferry boat and a short ride to San Francisco. We had six people in our party and had plenty of room. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck. I'm not a morning person, but the sun coming up over the water was a gentle nudge to wake to fantastic weather and get an early start on the day. We will be back. Great memories."
