  • Great house for large gatherings, close to town & Armstrong park!

"We loved the comfortable beds and large spaces in the house , great for family getting together to share time.Amanda & John are very accommodating and answered all our needs when things came up, extra lighting for the deck, wifi code etc. Kitchen has everything we needed for great meals together. The wood burning stove for cosy evenings and a great deck for daytime and the hot tub was awesome!"

  • Tranquility on the edge of the mountaintop

"A few days at The Perch is quite simply tranquility on the edge of the mountaintop. The location, the amenities, the expansive comfort, the local trails to explore, the pool and hot tub, the view - my goodness the view, this is a magical retreat. I only wish we planned to stay longer. The family that owns this property is so thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. Not to be overlooked, this is a small tight knit community in the quaint town of Geyserville, respect for the neighbors and local trails are paramount. An exquisite experience had by all!"

  • Everything we Wanted

"Had a great girls weekend get away at Alexander Valley Lodge. Nine of us went to celebrate a couple of 60th birthdays and to do some wine tasting. The house was just as described, plenty of room for our group, a well appointed kitchen (we cooked all our own meals, so this was a very nice amenity), comfortable beds (always a good sign). The weather was a bit gloomy but that didn't slow us down much. Spent a good amount of time hanging out around the large dining room table enjoying the view during the day, cozy candlelight at night. The passenger van was a great perk, so nice to be shuttled around and not have to worry about driving our large group around. Jeff was an excellent guide. Hot tub in the rain was lovely! Looking forward to the next occasion to visit AVL!!!"
