  • Quaint and Contemporary Property / Perfectly Situated for Getting Around

"My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed this property. First the basics - it was clean and comfortable and we felt completely safe there. The deck on the back of the house provided amazing views and offered a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee and our nightly wine. Spotted a few deer in the front yard one morning as well as beautiful birds in the back yard every day. Multiple nearby grocery options. Location provided a great launching pad for our daily treks to nearby state parks, restaurants and wineries. For hiking, Armstrong Redwood State Reserve and Jack London State Park were both terrific. Best restaurants on the trip included LoCoco;s Cucina Rustica in nearby Santa Rosa and Zazu in Sebastopol. Wineries we visited on trip included Provenance (great Malbec and Cabs), Dutton Goldfield (awesome Syrah), StoneStreet (great views), Von Strasser (top notch cabs), Venge (everything was spectacular), Walt (do the 101 single vineyard tasting experience - includes treats from the Girl and the Fig and the Pinots are simply amazing) and Sojourn (good Pinots). All of our excursions were less than an hour away from the house - most of them less than 40 minutes. Highly recommend this property if you are looking to chill."

  • Amazed by the comfort and privacy of the trailer

"My wife and I stayed at the Farmstay Trailer for two nights and were amazed by the comfort and privacy of the trailer. It was more than adequate living space. We were met with wonderful locally baked whole grain bread, eggs and a jar of homemade jam, which I readily consumed. We ordered some goat’s milk and kefir. To our surprise, they had a mild flavor, not the strong goat-milk flavor we had anticipated. We picked and cooked a tasty soup from the vegetable garden with the help of the assortment the of spices available in the cabinet. Christine Cole took care of any of our needs promptly. The Farm was surrounded by wooded areas and being on a hillside it provided a great view. I highly recommend this place and we will visit again."

  • Wonderful wine country get away!

"This home was perfect for two couples to explore the wine country together. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Having access to a washer and dryer was also very helpful. The home was very peaceful and quiet. We absolutely loved morning walks through the vineyards and beautiful views from the property. The only downside was that it was a little warm the day we arrived (outdoor temperatures in the 90s) because of lack of air conditioning. However, once the sun went down and we opened the windows, it cooled down nicely. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely consider staying here again for our next visit to the wine country."

  • Family getaway

"What an amazing house!! We stayed there for my daughters (family) birthday . The kids enjoyed the pool and the yard was spectacular ! There was plenty of room for us and usually when we go somewhere we spend most of the day out exploring, however this house we loved just being home and enjoying the backyard! Can't wait to come back!!"
