  • Feels like home.

"David was a pleasure to work with from the start and when my family of 6 arrived I was very pleased with everything too the end. Home was was lite with all the sky light windows. The vineyards were everything I imagined and a bonus was the apple trees. The guests book provided was very informative and we appreciate the maps left to use as well. The house was fresh and clean and a pleasure to have shared my wine county visit in this comfortable, inviting home. 3 bedrooms with kings sizes beds, so comfortable to sleep in, we didn't bring children but they had a pack and play, high chair with kids toys. The amenities provided were touch notch to included everything like a full linen closest with enough linens for 10 people, although it only sleeps 6,. The kitchen had a spice rack, all necessary kitchen tools, plate ware of all types. Made it easy for a good meal. I would highly recommend this property with the added features like a hot tub that fit everyone, free wifi and staying in a vineyard that you can walk through. Thanks for your help on making our wine country experience one to remember for a lifetime."

  • A wonderful getaway!

"The property was clean and well equipped. Leslie was exceptionally helpful and did everything to make our stay great. The property is beautifully located, surrounded by redwoods. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is a great place to chill, relax and rejuvenate. Hiking, wine tasting, the Osmosis Day spa and a bunch of great resturants are close by. We're looking forward to going back soon."

  • Unique and Charming- Right in the Heart of Wine Country

"The Castle House was perfect for our young family. Our daughters thought they were in a real Disney Castle and the adults found it intriguing. We missed the tour from Michael as we arrived later than expected and never had the chance with our busy schedule, but I highly recommend setting this up with him as the home has several unique attributes we wanted to know more about. Its nestled on a nice size property with grape vines, redwoods and water features you truly have it all. The main house has everything you will need including high end appliances and comfortable beds (with lots and lots of extra bedding). It is well equipped with kitchen utensils, spices and even an outdoor grill. They had a bottle of wine on the counter for us when we arrived, how amazing is that! They also had a very nice collection of maps and complimentary tastings to wineries all over the area including the winery that is literally down the road within walking distance. There were several lovely bakeries and eateries fairly close as well (we loved moms apple pie and the bakery right next door). We spent our time at many of the area wine regions as this home is about a 30 minute drive to many of them. We did Napa, Sonoma, Russian River, Alexander Valley and Dry Creek. It was so nice coming home at the end of the day to sip wine on the quiet back porch. Check out process was very simple. This will be a home we will always remember! I highly recommend the Castle House and hope your experience is as delightful as ours."

  • Lovely

"Staying at this little guest house was more like being a personal guest of the owners! We stayed 3 nights for a wedding at a nearby ranch. Ene went out of her way to accommodate our little family. She even moved a small mattress into the bedroom for our 11 year old daughter who wanted to sleep near us and had it completely made up upon arrival. She offered to help with laundry, invited my daughter to garden with her, tour the ranch and let her feed the chickens. The house is lovely with great style. Private and beautiful little outdoor area for having meals al fresco. Very peaceful and lovely setting. Only wish we could have stayed longer and explored the beautiful area. Thank you!"
