  • Family reunion

"What a fantastic place to stay. We had 21 and several beds left over. The cabin is right on the national forest with multiple hiking and biking trails right out your front door. A short hike to a beautiful little lake which our youngsters fell in love with, wading, fishing, dam building. A more challenging hike to peak one is also right out the back door and enjoyed by 4 of our crowd. White water raftng, horse back ridding, a day at Breckinridge summer fun park, bike ride around lake Dillon, a great little town, and then coming back to the cabin where we were all seated at Jon's giant table or on the back patio for food and games. I can honestly say this was the perfect spot for a family reunion."

  • Great summer location and fantastic customer service.

"Great location for summer mountain trips. Walk to downtown Frisco or bike all over the place. We passed numerous hiking and mountain bike trails while riding the bike path over to the Frisco bike park which the kids loved. Not bad for ski trips either with a quick drive to Breckenridge or Copper Mountain; a little further to Keystone and A-Basin. Unit itself is a bit worn, but priced accordingly (priced below average for the area). The patio grill runs on the little green Coleman bottles which caught us by surprise. We found plenty of extra in the pantry, so I'm guessing they keep them stocked for guests. I'd double check when booking just to be sure though. It'd be a bummer to be ready to throw your burgers on the grill and find out there's no gas. The living room/kitchen were tight for 6 adults/2 children, but the bed rooms had plenty of space (downstairs bedroom is the biggest). The biggest bonus for us was the property management company who definitely exceeded our expectations when we requested a late check out. Granted, no one was arriving that day, so they were in a position to do so, but instead of simply giving us an extra hour or two, they let us check out later in the day so we could come back and shower after our volleyball tournament. Also relieved us of having to pack up and be out before we left for the tournament at 8am. I'm giving 5 stars for the combination of customer service, price, and location. If it were at an average price point for the area, I wouldn't give it 5 stars due to condition (was perfectly clean, just had a lot of wear and tear). We would definitely stay here again."

  • Cozy - Updated - Family-friendly - Great for summer activities, too!

"-Our family stayed at the last weekend of the Summer season. The condo was perfect! From the comfy beds and pillows - to the feeling of being in our own updated home. The space was perfect for having a very active toddler with a pool, a play room with games, TV, and toys right on the property, and size/style of the condo didn't feel like a typical "family-friendly" hotel that didn't care about the adults' comfort as well. Mike was great - responsive! We were surprised at the spot-on description he gave of the home and it was even better than pics described. -I would definitely recommend Mike's rental to anyone. We even ran into a superintendent for all of the "big 4" mountains and his wife told us all about what winter is like, the typical guests we'll come across (since we were worried that come Winter - the Circle would be full of younger and roudy adults like a party hotel), and that people admire the Cirque Property as the best in Copper. -The town was actually quite empty, but 3-4 restaurants were open and not packed. The summer activity pass had a major discount for Cirque renters which included about 6 outdoor activities like bumper boats and dirtbiking)."
