  • Wonderful!!!

"The pictures on the website do not show how much S P A C E this place has!! We have 4 kids ages 11, 12, 12, and 14 and this was our first "real" family vacation. We will never be able to stay in a hotel room again! Joanne was wonderful to work with she was full of local information and was flexible with our driving schedule. The location was perfect close to several attractions and downtown. The multiple bathrooms enabled everyone to get ready simultaneously and the kitchen/grill/firepit saved us a ton of money on restaurants! We would definitely stay here again."

  • Just as we hoped

"We rented both cabins for a week with family-kids and grandkids. It was a great "central station" as people scattered during the day to the many different nearby attractions. But all agreed that the best times were when we simply stayed "home" and enjoyed the quiet and beauty that surrounded us. Cabins were clean, comfortable, well equipped and when we had a problem, it was resolved promptly. We would definitely return."

  • Gorgeous view

"The views make this place. Literally built on the top of a mountain overlooking a valley. Brad very easy to work with. Had a minor problem with the hot tub and he was able to tell us what to do on the phone. I've rented from vrbo many times and this kitchen was the best equipped with cooking untensils, baking sheets, muffin tins etc. The only reason I rated a 4 and not a 5 is the furniture is old when you lay on the sofa you can feel the steel frame. My other complaint is the bathrooms are tiny. There is no counter space. Just a sink and a few inches on each side. I felt the bathroom was the size of a bath in a travel trailer. Both bathrooms are the same size. There was a mildew smell in the master bath. Come to find out it was the front load washer. The gasket around the door was dirty. I cleaned and deodorized it and the smell eventually left. With back to back visits they only have 4 hours to clean. Floors were ok but shower had some mildew and bathroom floor was not clean. My last comment is the beds. I would say these beds are 7-8 years old and at the end of their life. The towels and wash clothes and sheets are too old and need to be replaced. Overall a nice stay but feel a few replacements are in order."

  • Great Trip!

"We were in the Loft for a week. Don was always very polite and very prompt to answer any questions I sent. The driveway is a little rough to get all the way up, but there is a gravel patch that was easily accessible for lower cars. It was a nice, quiet, secluded home to come back to every evening. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is considering it. It's a great location to get to many attractions. We look forward for another chance to come out and stay!"
