  • Great

"We enjoyed the east coast quiet life style. The beach was outstanding and allowed for long walks. The weather was cool but we didn't let it effect our activities. While we had some issues on our arrival, they were handled promptly and to our satisfaction. The pictures give are an accurate depiction of the condo. Several other vacationers indicated they were sorry they missed the opportunity to stay in this condo. There are a number of nice restaurants and we especially enjoyed "The Wake Up Cafe" for breakfast."

  • Best Family Vacation!

"We stayed in NSB the last two weeks of 2015. Our longest family vacation ever! But the time literally flew by. Starting with the house, everything was super clean and organized. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was very well stocked, which we were super excited about because we love to cook. The house is decorated so nicely, from the colors to all of the beach signs. Our dogs had a blast too. They loved the dog beach and going for walks around town. NSB is super dog friendly! The town... The location of the house is centric to everything! I especially liked that we didn't need to leave the inlet to access supermarkets, nails and beauty shops, restaurants, anything really. We walked to Flagler Ave. every day. We especially enjoyed Nichols Coffee shop. I would go for a run or bike on the beach each morning and on my way back to the house I'd stop in for a Flagler Ave Latte and a homemade scone. Yum! Flagler Ave had several events going on during our stay too. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants. We did adventure on some sightseeing trips as well. We went to St Augustine and visited Fort Matanzas about 1 hour and 10 minutes away. We also visited the Ponce Inlet Light House about 25 minutes away. If you enjoy taking in the sights and learning about history these are two must do trips. Overall a very memorable family vacation. We are already making plans for a repeat trip!"

  • Tremendous

"We've stayed in a lot of condos on the beach and this was by far the best. Clean, up-to-date, perfect location, owner is great to work with. Reasonably priced. Couldn't have had a better stay."

  • Killer view and great amenities

"The condo is well laid out and appointed and feels like "home" with a well equipped kitchen. Everything is well maintained and nicely decorated. The view to the west over the natural area is incredible and its hard to leave the balcony. It was our special spot for a morning cup of tea, a meal or a glass of wine watching the sunset. I am imagining being there right now! The complex has two swimming pools, exercise rooms, a movie room, tennis courts, a bocce court and kayaks. The beach is a short walk and is squeaky clean and full of shells and birds. A sort drive to the south (without any traffic lights!) is the Canaveral National Seashore with the longest stretch of undeveloped beach on the Eastern Seaboard. It is pure heaven. The hosts were very responsive and anticipated our needs. Oh, JB's Fish Camp is on the lagoon on the way to the the seashore and worth a visit for a meal. NSB has lots of great food options. For breakfast, we loved the Wake Up Cafe and had a very special dinner at the Spanish River Grill. Back over the causeway we had tasty beer at New Smyrna Beach Brewing while we ate a delicious sandwich we picked up nearby at Yellow Dog Eats. There is so much to do in the area and the condo is a perfect location."
