  • Quiet, private unit in an ideal location with clean and spacious accommodations!

"We just spent a week in unit # 105 of Seaview Condominiums of Madeira Beach, FL, and we could not have asked for a more perfect place to enjoy our visit to the Tampa - St. Pete beachfront communities. The Seaview staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the building is located directly on Gulf Blvd in the heart of the relatively quiet, family-friendly community of Madeira Beach within walking distance of many amenities; including shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. In short, the unit's Madeira Beach location provides all of the beauty and attraction of the pristine, sugar sand Florida gulf beaches without the crowds and hectic nature of the more popular Clearwater Beach. The unit's first floor, corner location, as other's have pointed out, provides the unit with a uniquely spacious patio that is the envy of the building and affords an up close view of the beach which when combined with the Seaview complex's amenities to make this unit truly special. Its location near both the stairs and the elevator affords quick and easy access to the ground floor; including the office, the pool, private, reserved parking, and miles of beautiful beaches at your doorstep. While the unit was very spacious, clean and well stocked, the unit's rooms and bathroom fixtures could use a new coat of paint and the living room furniture, while abundant and functional, is somewhat dated and nearing the end of its useful life. The kitchen was updated, well stocked and perfect for eating in or entertaining. The laundry room was likewise very nice and quite handy. In short, while the unit is not necessarily as modern and freshly remodeled as some of its peers, it more than met our needs and is well worth your consideration. The unit is an extremely spacious two bedroom, two bath unit and could very easily accommodate a family with young or teen-aged children and while it exceeded our needs as a middle-aged couple without children, the extra room was very nice to have available. In closing, its location is ideal for those that value privacy, beachfront access, and quiet evenings away from the maddening crowds of Clearwater Beach. We recommend this unit and the entire Seaview Condominium complex wholeheartedly."

  • Awesome Condo, Great View, Great Beach, Great Location!

"Everything was just as it was noted and explained to us. Reservations and check in were flawless. The condo is great, up to date and has everything you may need. Great ocean view from the oceanfront balcony! Beach was not crowded and only .6 miles from John's Pass Boardwalk. It was an easy walk whether by street or beach. The only reason we did not give 5 Stars was the dish washer does not rinse dishes well so when getting dishes from the cabinet from previous tenants they still had soap residue on them. We rinsed ours twice then just started hand washing them. But that was very minor over all and our stay was fabulous and we would definitely rent this condo again and completely recommend it!"

  • Wargo Family

"This was by far one of our best stays in Florida, the building was well maintained the condo comfortable and clean no nasty surprises in any place, everything we could have wanted for a beach vacation was there for our use. Mary & John were friendly and easy to work with. We will make this our go to place for vacations in the future!"

  • Beach Bum's Paradise

"If you are looking for the Ritz Carton, this isn't the place. If you are looking for an inexpensive condo, 50 paces from the beach, then look no further. The condo was a little dated, but clean, comfortable with new TV and central air. And the access to the beach was fabulous. The owner was friendly and on site every day. If I had had any problems, I am sure that he would have fixed them immediately. The location made Treasure Island, Reddington Beach and Indian Shores a quick drive. I could have walked to most places I wanted to go. I can't wait to stay again."
