  • Steps from the beach and johns pass

"Scott's place had everything we needed while there and was located perfectly for hitting the beach and strolling over to johns pass for dinner. The penthouse apartment was beautifully decorated and had that modern industrial feel with views of the ocean and even an elevator to avoid walking the flights of stairs. Scott was a great host answering promptly to any questions I had. Overall it was an excellent stay and would definitely stay again in the future."

  • Enjoyed our stay!

"Beautiful condo right on the beach. Very convenient to everything. Some units didnt think rules applied to them. More lounge chairs around pool would be nice. Had a great week's stay! Weather was georgeous. Thanks!"

Like others we are beach people and although we spend a lot of time in the sun, we found that there was very limited shade for the lounge chairs. We were a bit concerned about the unit before we arrived as the photos did not do it justice. I would recommend an upgrade of the photos. The other aspect I would recommend advising better is the arrival. When we arrived we turned when we saw the Surf Song on the building and parked facing the office. After registering we returned to our vehicle and saw a $25 parking ticket. As you know, and as we now know, the only spot facing the office is a public lot. Even though it was empty, the few minutes we were inside resulted in a parking ticket. You indicate where to park once you have your spot and where visitors can park if they have a visitor, however you do not indicate where to"
