  • Lovely Thanksgiving Holiday

"My family of three young adults, my husband and I stayed in the townhome the week of Thanksgiving in order to share the holiday with my brother in Ruskin and other family members in the area. The location was great not only for visiting our family, but also for recreational outings. It was only a short drive to Tampa, St. Pete or Bradenton. We enjoyed visits to Fort De Soto, the De Soto monument and surrounding park and trails, and Bradenton's Coquina Beach. The townhome was clean and bright, and was beautifully set up with every convenience. The resort area had a lot to offer. We all came in one car, so my "kids" were without transportation. Not once did I hear, "I'm bored." When we older adults were enjoying some downtime, they were able to find things to do in the resort area without needing to drive anywhere. And....the weather was perfect! In summary, we had a lovely stay!"

  • Very enjoyable property.

"The property was a perfect get away weekend. Great location close to pools, and resturants. One thing to know on 2nd floor not impossible just know you carry all upstairs, ie luggage etc... Would definitely go back."

  • Love the location and feel of this townhouse!!

"I love the location of this townhome, it's in a quiet low key area, where you can really relax and enjoy the boats sailing up and down the canal. But if you want some nightlife, there are two restaurant/bars within a 3 minute walk. Hooks is super laid back, and the staff is really fantastic (Thanks Amber). The Tiki bar at Sunset Grill is perfect for listening to some live entertainment, having a drink and looking out over Tampa Bay. The townhouse is well equipped, the only add here would be if you are a serious cook, the cooking pans are a little warped and not so easy to cook with. There are some serious stairs, so, if you have issues with that, this may not be a good rental for you. One flight up from parking to main floor, and then one floor up to bedrooms. It was clean and well organized with everything we needed. What we loved about this rental: The different floors gave everyone their own space 3 balcony views that are amazing Multiple TV's, so everyone can watch what they want :) Nicely decorated Location, Location, Location What we didn't love: There was nothing outstanding that wouldn't make us want to rent this unit again, we'll be back A small issue - having a washer and dryer is wonderful, however the dryer takes forever to dry(2+hours), just allow the extra time."

  • Too good to tell you about

"This apartment was the perfect spot for a month of relaxation. Greeted with a bottle of wine, I immediately felt at home. There was a million dollar view that kept me mesmerized. A sign in the bedroom said, "Paradise Found". No need to say more."
