Great location, great building, great apartment and very attentive host.

My husband, 18 year old son, and 17 year old son stayed here and every single part of it was perfect. Perfectly clean with everything you need, perfect view from the balcony, perfect amenities, perfect location. I cannot express how great of a stay this was, walking distance to city center, walking distance to many restaurants, walking distance to bayside market. I will definitely stay again at this beautiful, safe, convenient, friendly location. Host has everything perfectly and conveniently laid out for you ready to go with step by step instructions for anything and makes herself available for any questions! Thank you so much!

From the time I booked the reservation, Dimitri was communicating was excellent. He will work with you from checking in to checking out. The condo was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. Everything was super clean, there was an abundance of essentials that they had put to the side for the guest. His property manager Ashley was super patient with us as well. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend

Modern, clean unit with a nice view and great location to Brickell and Bayfront. My one complaint is that the unit did not come with a parking pass, and although they indicate the valet prices under the amenities section, it is buried towards the bottom of a very long list and should be clearly listed that there is no parking passes like other units in this building offer. Nevertheless, the host was very responsive throughout my entire stay, and even worked with me to help me retrieve an item I accidentally left behind. Check-in process was hard without a parking pass and due to the fact valet says that if we don’t check in and return in 15 minutes; we will be fined. Was hard to do with all of the check in’s for the weekend event. But otherwise, 10/10. Just list that parking is not included in a more conspicuous area.
