  • Great little house!

"We very much enjoyed our (long) stay at Cozy Elm! The house is as described : very clean, confortable, nothing fancy but very welcoming. It is well located in a quiet area, close to amenities (including a real fish market and the farmer's market), historic neighborhood, beautiful beaches and various national parks to explore. We especially appreciated the screened back porch and the outside shower. Having two bicycles as well as a few beaches items was also very accommodating."

  • An amazing long weekend

"I flew in from NY with my Grandson to meet my daughter (from Fl) and my Niece and family (from SC). This was one week after the hurricane. The owner was absolutely amazing at getting me the info I needed as due to the storm not all of the internet was up and working. This home was very nice and very clean, everything we expected plus more. The beach is beautiful and when you want to get out of the direct sun spending some time at the pool was just as nice. I had never been to Amelia Island and now I plan on going back, it is such a beautiful place. I would highly recommend this place and definitely plan on going back with my family."

  • Fantastic Experience

"Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Laurie was extremely responsive, answered all of our questions before and during our stay, and provided a lot of useful information. She made booking the condo and accessing the property a breeze. The condo is newer construction and it was beautifully decorated and very clean upon our arrival. It is two bedrooms, but the whole unit is much larger than we expected (especially the master bedroom and bath). The condo was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We felt like we were part of the owner's family, not a rental guest. It is located in a small little community that appears to occupied by mostly residents. We only saw two other families that were vacationing. This condo is in a building with 5 other units, but during our entire week stay we only ran into the other residents on one or two occasions. I say that to say this, it was very quiet and relaxing. There was some ongoing construction on newer condos in the back of the property, but it never interfered with our stay. The community is well maintained and our two young children enjoyed the small community pool. The community is a short walk from the beach (about 12 minutes with two young children and a wagon full of beach equipment). There is a dedicated paved beach walk (most which is through wooded areas which made it nice getting out of the sun). Bring a golf cart if you have one as you can drive all the way to a paved parking area near the dune stairs. Closer to the beach, you need to navigate several sets of wooden stairs. This was a little challenging with a beach wagon, but after a few days we were pros at carrying it up an down the stairs. The beach was beautiful and very quiet. Most days there were only a handful of families around us. The beach is in a residential area, so you do not get all the craziness that you expect from the resort beaches. Some days we had the beach to ourselves. We will definitely consider staying at this condo again in the future if we vacation in Amelia Island. Highly recommended!"
