This cozy and comfortable unit is one of two units located in a private home in a residential area on the Atlantic Ocean at Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Florida. These two units, on the first floor of this home, provide a quiet, restful atmosphere far from the noise and activity of hotel or condo vacations.

The owners occupy the second floor, are available for any assistance, but are completely unobtrusive. The second unit in this home is a two bedroom and can be viewed at VRBO 221163. Rented together, eight guests can be accommodated. Please e-mail or call if interested in both units.

Each unit has its own private entrance, exits, grill, covered porches and decks.

This is a no smoking facility both inside and outside.

Located in a quiet residential area, this one bedroom, two bath unit provides a quiet and relaxing getaway to a beach that is never crowded. This unit was completely remodeled and features new appliances, furniture and jetted tub in the master bath.

The second bath is equipped with a roomy shower', Sliding glass doors from the living room open to the covered outdoor dining / sitting area. The attached sunning deck leads to the protective walkover to the beach.

Little Beach Treasure

This property is nestled right on the beach. Woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise! Quaint little condo with a private covered porch an nice common areas. Had a great time! Highly recommend this place!!

Cabin at the beach

Old Florida cabin style with a beach vibe. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked. We found the bed very comfortable. Location was wonderful, right on the beach.

Truly awesome place!!

My daughter and I had an amazing time & absolutely adored the accommodations!! Exactly (if not better) as described. Right on the beach, with natural grounds. We didn’t eat in much, as the location is centrally located around many great restaurants! Can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect for 2-4 people

Nice apartment and kind owners. Having 2 full baths even though it’s a 1bed apartment is awesome. Functional kitchen with all needed appliances. Great deck and beautiful view of the dunes and water… can’t beat that! We only went out in the town one night and it was fun with a variety of option to eat and celebrate life.

Wonderful Location

Our Perfect Beach Get Away

We have stayed in a variety of places at Fernandina/Amelia from hotels, condos, bed and breakfasts, but this was by far the best beach experience that we have ever had. The description of the property and what we should expect was spot on...towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, washer/dryer, FULLY equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (even for 2 people this was super nice). The large porch/deck was great for morning and evening relaxation, and direct walkway to the basically private beach was super convenient. We look forward to staying with Brenda and Jim again soon!

Beautiful spot for a getaway!

My husband and I had such a lovely stay at this spot in Fernandina Beach. We visited the weekend after Thanksgiving and the beach was practically empty and was so peaceful! The place was super clean and cozy, with a beautiful view that we enjoyed every day. We loved having a full-sized kitchen and a private entrance—it felt so comfortable and private, just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The walk to the beach was one of our favorite parts, and we even saw two turtles burrowed into the sand, which was such a cool surprise. The hosts were great, too! They live upstairs but were so respectful of our space that we never even saw them. Overall, it was just a great place for the two of us, and we’d definitely stay here again!

I love the view,the location,the jacuzzi tub and the nice walk in shower,I use them both.The kitchen is very user friendly,wonderful outdoor seating and a nice grill.Couldn’t get any better unless they provided a cook and maid LOL

Family beach trip

This is our 2nd stay at Jim and Brenda's place. My daughter and I stayed in the one bedroom unit three years ago and loved it so much that we brought more family members and rented the two bedroom unit also. You couldn't ask for a better beach vacation home. It is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Brenda is an amazing artist and has her paintings throughout both units. Outdoor areas are amazing! Would definitely stay again.
