  • Beach Fun

"We enjoyed staying in the condo for 3 nights. Owner was great since we had to plan last minute plans and condo manager was great letting us park our vehicle the last day while we went to Cumberland Island. Amelia Island is beautiful and Fernandina Beach is great with it's restaurants and small shops. The beach was great."

  • Absolutely Wonderful

"We enjoyed our time at this comfortable, well-appointed end unit condo. Fabulous view, exceptionally clean, comfortable furnishings and great decor. We enjoyed several local restaurants, including Davids. The small cafe/deli/bakery/wine/cheese shop " Marche Burrette" was lovely; the food was fresh and local. On our drive in, we stopped at the Brazilian Barbecue, "Espeto", and I am sorry we didn't find the time to return. I would definitely rent this unit again. It felt like "home". Our grown son was able to join us for 3 days and found the number of TV channels remarkable. :)"

  • No Hurries, No Worries

"My wife and I spent a week at Casa de Linda in early June. It was our second visit to this wonderful property, and we definitely plan to stay there again. It has a great location, and the ocean and sunrise views are incredible. The house is beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything one needs for an enjoyable week at the beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with, and we appreciate being able to bring our rescue husky with us. We had a wonderful week at Casa de Linda - not even Tropical Storm Colin could ruin our vacation!"

  • Beautiful condo with spectacular view

"We had a very enjoyable week at Amelia Island. This was our 4th visit to the Island. The condo was mostly as advertised and accommodated our needs well. It was nicely decorated, comfortable, well-equipped, and has great views from the living room and balcony. The cable service was basic and lacked the premium channels HBO and Showtime as advertised, but only a minor disappointment. Overall, we had a great time and will return to the Island in January. We would definitely consider this condo again. I do hope the owners try harder to respond a little faster to inquiries. Two phone calls were not returned for 2-3 days. Our children and grandchildren were at the Island staying in different condos close by so we had lots of group walking, hiking, and bike riding adventures. The Island is a paradise for these activities. We also appreciated the quick access to the pool and the beach where we spent a lot of time swimming and fishing. Even though it was summer vacation prime time, the pool or beach was never too crowded. Unfortunately, our restaurant adventures were not so special. After a group hike of Fort Clinch early one morning we were all looking forward to a great breakfast at Jack and Diane’s. What a big disappointment. Save your money; McDonald’s has a better breakfast. Dinner at Peppers was mediocre. Pizza at Pi’s, which was excellent on previous visits, was most disappointing. My daughter and family were with us and we ordered two large pizzas, both of which were served with scorched black crust. I’m glad to say that Café Karibo continued to excel as did the Fantastic Fudge ice cream shop nearby."
