Blue Mountain Beach is less crowded than other towns on 30A. The condo is walkable to a great ice cream shop and a bike rental place. We enjoyed walks on the beach and biking on the trail that goes along 30A.The condo is really well decorated and clean. It has a wonderful view of the ocean from the deck. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My family stayed here for our summer vacation. We really enjoyed the location including the proximity to the beach and Blue Mountain Bakery and Blue Mountain Creamery. This was our second trip to 30A and our first to Blue Mountain. We really enjoyed Blue Mountain and will definitely return. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Can’t wait to return again!

It was a tight squeeze for all 7 of us, but the location was perfect! You’re a 20 second walk to the private beach access with a front row seat to gorgeous views every day!! The only negative was the king size mattress in the master needs to be replaced and the stove burners were not working properly. Other than that, FANTASTIC and totally worth the money!!

Incredible view and access to the beach. Watching the sunrise and sunset was beautiful from the balcony, a must see!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the condo exactly as described. Everything was clean and working. We will return.

Easy to find and right on the beach. Close to trails and parks as well as restaurants. My only suggestion would be to more clearly define what is all included in the “starter pack”

If you want the absolute best and closest view of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world then rent yourself one of the Blue Mountain Villas on Blue Mountain Road. Period. Full Stop.
